.   All the praises are due to Almighty GOD for blessing us with the mathematical miracle of the Quran and sending his Messenger of the Covenant to our generation (1935-1990). The Quran, GOD’s Final Message to the world, shall soon be recognized by the sincere believers as the only authentic scripture from Almighty GOD. It is GOD's will that the true religion of “Islam,” the religion of “Submission and devotion to GOD Alone” should prevail over all other religions (Sura 110).  

·       GOD’s messenger of the Covenant is prophesied in verse 3:81 in the Quran. This very important verse consists of 33 Arabic words, 143 Arabic letters. With this specification, verse 3:81 points to “Rashad Khalifa” (رشاد خليفة) through whom the mathematical miracle of the Quran was revealed. By adding the gematrical value of “Rashad Khalifa” (1230), the number of the words (33), and the number of the letters (143), we get a huge confirmation: 33 + 143 + 1230 = 1406 (19 x 74). The historical and the momentous event of decoding the Quran took place in 1974 A.D., 1406 (19 x 74) is the number of the lunar years from the revelation of the Quran to the revelation of its awesome mathematical miracle. In the entire Quran verse 3:81 is the only verse that consists of 143 Arabic letters and 33 Arabic words. However, there are 7 other verses in the Quran that consist of 143 Arabic letters. It is noteworthy that among the verses in the Quran with 143 Arabic letters,  3:81 and 6:157 are the only verses that their gematrical values are multiple of nineteen. 3:81 points at the Messenger of the Covenant and 6:157 points at the clear proof of the Quran, “The mathematical miracle.” By adding the chapter and the verse number of the two verses we get another confirmation: 3 + 81 + 6 + 157 = 247 (19 x 13)!!!

·     Dr. Rashad Khalifa through whom the 19-based mathematical miracle of the Quran was revealed in 1974 proclaimed his messengership in the year 1980. GOD’s Messenger of the Covenant is prophesied in the Quran in verse 3:81. This verse is  the 374^th numbered and 376^th verse with “Basmalah” from the beginning of the Quran. By adding the gematrical value of “Rashad Khalifa” (1230), the number of the numbered verses (374), and the number of the verses with Basmalah (376), we get another huge confirmation: 374 + 376 + 1230 = 1980.

أو تقولوا لو أنا أنزل علينا الكتب لكنا أهدى منهم فقد جاءكم بينة من ربكم وهدى ورحمة فمن أظلم ممن كذب بءايت الله وصدف عنها سنجزي الذين يصدفون عن ءايتنا سوء العذاب بما كانوا يصدفون

وقال الذين كفروا لن نؤمن بهذا القرءان ولا بالذي بين يديه ولو ترى إذ الظلمون موقوفون عند ربهم يرجع بعضهم إلى بعض القول يقول الذين استضعفوا للذين استكبروا لولا أنتم لكنا مؤمنين

ولئن سألتهم من خلق السموت والأرض ليقولن الله قل أفرءيتم ما تدعون من دون الله إن أرادني الله بضر هل هن كشفت ضره أو أرادني برحمة هل هن ممسكت رحمته قل حسبي الله عليه يتوكل المتوكلون

وإن طائفتان من المؤمنين اقتتلوا فأصلحوا بينهما فإن بغت إحديهما على الاخرى فقتلوا التي تبغي حتى تفيء إلى أمر الله فإن فاءت فأصلحوا بينهما بالعدل وأقسطوا إن الله يحب المقسطين

             In (Table 1-A), we see that the last verse in the Quran that consists of 143 Arabic letters is  49 : 9.  By far the most important duty of God's Messenger of the Covenant was to rid the Quran from the two false verses that were added to end Sura  9.  In accordance with God's will Rashad Khalifa went through the translation of the Quran from Arabic to English three times. In his third attempt, however, Sura  49  was the last Sura he translated. The end of this Sura, 49:18, marks the completion of the work done through God’s messenger of the covenant. God's messenger was martyred on January 31, 1990. Glory is to GOD; the gematrical value of the entire Sura as shown in (Table 1-B) is 101403 which is 19 x 5337.

Glory is to GOD; He has provided the believers with many irrefutable solid proofs that the end of Sura 49, in the third review of the Quran by Dr. Khalifa, marks the completion of the work done through His Messenger of he Covenant. (GO TO) It is God's will that the sincere believers know that God's work must continue. Rashad Khalifa performed his duties; he is in Paradise now enjoying God's provisions, 3:169.

The first numbered verse in the Quran after Sura 49 is 50:1, the verse says, (ق والقرءان المجيد) "Q., and the glorious Quran." The counting of the letter Qaaf (ق) in the Quran was one of the duties that was to be performed after God's Messenger of the Covenant. The last letter Qaaf in Sura 49 is placed in verse 49:17. And this is what the verse says,

يمنون عليك أن أسلموا قل لا تمنوا علي إسلمكم بل الله يمن عليكم أن هديكم للإيمن إن كنتم صدقين

 They act as if they are doing you a favor by embracing Submission!
 Say, "You are not doing me any favors by embracing Submission.
 GOD is the One who is doing you a great favor by guiding you to the faith,
 If you are sincere-truthful."

 Extracting from the Qaaf (ق) Table:

1. The last verse in Sura 49 in which letter Qaaf (ق ) occurs is 17.  By adding the two numbers we obtain 66. Glory is to GOD; the gematrical value of the word “GOD,” in Arabic (الله), is 66!

2. The number of the verses in the Quran in which the word “GOD,” in Arabic (الله), occurs is 1820. The frequency of the occurrence of the word “GOD,” in Arabic (الله), in all the verses in which the letter Qaaf (ق ) occurs, from the beginning of the Quran to 49:17 inclusive, is 1820!  Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?

3. The sum of all the verse numbers in which the letter Qaaf (ق ) occurs, from the beginning of the Quran to 49:17 inclusive is 200919. Incredibly the Gregorian year 2009 is 19 years after the martyrdom of God's Messenger of the Covenant and after the completion of his work by finishing the final translation of Sura 49.

4. The gematrical value of 49:17 is 2908 (Table 1-B). The difference between 2908 and 4917 that represents the sura and the verse number is 2009, (4917 - 2908). Glory is to GOD; this, once more, is pointing at the Year 2009, the year that we are in it!

5. The 4627^th verse among the verses in the Quran that are given numbers is 49:17. By adding the three numbers, we obtain:

4627 + 49 + 17 = 4693 = 19 x 19 x 13

6. Verse 49:17 is comprised of 19 Arabic words, 73 Arabic letters (Table 1-B). Glory is to GOD; 1973 is the gematrical value of the verses 74:1-2 that say:

“O you hidden secret”, “Come out and warn.”

Glory is to GOD; the above two verses are comprised of 4 words, 18 letters.
The gematrical value of the two verses combined is 1973.

    In the Quran, the root word “Rashada” (رشد) that means “to uphold the right guidance” and all its grammatical forms occur precisely 19 (19 x 1) times:

2:186, 2:256, 4:6, 7:146, 11:78, 11:87, 11:97, 18:10, 18:17, 18:24, 18:66, 21:51, 40:29, 40:38, 49:7, 72:2, 72:10, 72:14, 72:21.

·        If we add the Gematrical Values (G.V.) of the nineteen verses we get a number that is multiple of nineteen:

4071 + 7240 + 11923 + 14847 + 6464 + 4768 + 2956 + 3791 + 14295 + 5084 + 2687 + 1876 + 5568 + 2363 + 5374 + 1710 + 3329 + 2327 + 1946 = 102619 (19 x 5401).

Without a doubt, the nineteen words “Rashada” (رشد)  point at “Rashad Khalifa” (رشاد خليفة), the messenger through whom the miracle of nineteen was revealed. By adding the gematrical value of the name “Rashad Khalifa” (رشاد خليفة) to (5401), the quotient obtained above we get a number that is multiple of nineteen:

5401 + 1230 = 6631 (19 x 349)

Of the above nineteen verses the only one that its gematrical value is multiple of nineteen is 72:2.

722 is 19 x 38 and 1710 is 19 x 90. Rashad Khalifa was destined to unveil the end of the world 72:27. He declared that the world as we know it will end 1710 (19 x 90) years after the Hijrah (A. H.) or in the Gregorian year 2280 (19 x 120) A. D.

·        If we look carefully to the nineteen verses, we see that fourteen of them (2:186, 11:78, 11:87, 11:97, 18:10, 18:17, 18:24, 18:66, 40:29, 40:38, 49:7, 72:10, 72:14, and 72:21) end with the word “Rashada” (رشدا). By adding the fourteen verse numbers we get a multiple of nineteen:

186 + 78 + 87 + 97 + 10 + 17 + 24 + 66 + 29 + 38 + 7 + 10 + 14 + 21 = 684, (19 x 36)

إلا أن يشاء الله واذكر ربك إذا نسيت وقل عسى أن يهدين ربي لأقرب من هذا رشدا

قال له موسى هل أتبعك على أن تعلمن مما علمت رشدا

يقوم لكم الملك اليوم ظهرين في الأرض فمن ينصرنا من بأس الله إن جاءنا قال فرعون ما أريكم إلا ما أرى وما أهديكم إلا سبيل الرشاد

وقال الذي ءامن يقوم اتبعون أهدكم سبيل الرشاد

واعلموا أن فيكم رسول الله لو يطيعكم في كثير من الأمر لعنتم ولكن الله حبب إليكم الإيمن وزينه في قلوبكم وكره إليكم الكفر والفسوق والعصيان أولئك هم الرشدون

وأنا لا ندري أشر أريد بمن في الأرض أم أراد بهم ربهم رشدا

وأنا منا المسلمون ومنا القسطون فمن أسلم فأولئك تحروا رشدا

قل إني لا أملك لكم ضرا ولا رشدا

·        By looking at (Table 2-A) closely, we see that five of the verse numbers are prime numbers, (11:97, 18:17, 40:29, 49:7, and 72:2). By adding the five verse numbers we get a multiple of nineteen:

97 + 17 + 29 + 7 + 2 = 152 (19 x 8)
Glory is to GOD; 19 is the 8^th prime number!

·        In (Table 2-A) we have 9 chapters, and the sum of the chapter numbers is 224. The Quran with this specification points at “Rashad Khalifa” (رشاد خليفة), the Messenger through whom the miracle of nineteen was revealed. By adding the number of the chapters and the sum of the chapter numbers to the gematrical value of the name “Rashad Khalifa” (رشاد خليفة) we obtain a multiple of nineteen:

                                                              9 + 224 + 1230 = 1463 , (19 x 77)

·        In (Table 2-A) we have 19 verses, and the sum of the verse numbers is 1145. The Quran with this specification points at “Rashad Khalifa” (رشاد خليفة), the Messenger through whom the 19-based mathematical miracle of the Quran was revealed. By adding the number of the verses, the sum of the verse numbers, and the gematrical value of the name “Rashad Khalifa” (رشاد خليفة), we obtain a multiple of nineteen:

                                                        19 + 1145 + 1230 = 2394 , (19 x 126).

·       Again in (Table 2-A), we see that the 12^th occurrence of verses with the root “Rashada” (رشد) corresponds with chapter 21. Glory is to GOD; the 12^th composite number is 21 and 1221 is the gematrical value of 74:30 in the Quran that says, “Over it is nineteen” (عليها تسعة عشر). It is an undisputable fact, the 19-based mathematical miracle of the Quran was revealed through “Rashad Khalifa” (رشاد خليفة). By adding the gematrical value of the verse 74:30 “Over it is nineteen” (عليها تسعة عشر) with the gematrical value of the name “Rashad Khalifa” (رشاد خليفة), we obtain a multiple of nineteen:

                                                          1221 + 1230 = 2451 , (19 x 129).
 

·      In (Table 2-A), Just one verse before the 12^th verse among the verses in which the root word “Rashada” (رشد) occurs (chapter 21), we see that the verse number is 66. Number 66 is the gematrical value of the word “GOD” in Arabic (الله). Glory is to GOD; let us once more witness God’s awesome mathematical Signature, (Over it is nineteen! , 1221), over His perfect words in the Quran. If we add the verse numbers and the number of the words in the verses up to and including verse 66, we get:

[(186+256+6+146+78+87+97+10+17+24+66) + (17+24+37+36+26+20+10+16+34+17+11)]

 1221

The relationship of the numbers 12 & 30:

Number 30 is the 19^th composite number. 12 is the 6^th composite number. In the Quran sura 12 is the 6^th sura that is prefixed with Quranic initials. The number of the initial letters that are placed atop the six suras are (3+3+4+3+3+3) = 19!!!! Furthermore, the only number 19 mentioned in the Quran is in verse 30 of Sura 74 that is the only verse 30 in the Quran that consists of 12 Arabic letters. Glory is to GOD; the gematrical value of the name “Rashad Khalifa” through whom the 19-based mathematical miracle of the Quran was revealed is 1230!!!!

74:30 consists of 12 Arabic letters. Let us study the verses in the Quran that consist of 12 Arabic letters (Table 2- C) to witness, once more, God's Signature over His words. There are precisely 27 verses that consist of 12 Arabic letters up to verse 74:30. By adding the gematrical value of these verses we get a multiple of nineteen; 23,1,23 (19 x 1217).

ألا إنهم هم المفسدون ولكن لا يشعرون

In fact, they are evildoers, but they do not perceive.

It is very interesting to note that the gematrical value of the first verse number 12 in the Quran, 2:12, is 1217!!!

If we add the gematrical values of the first 19 verses, the result is 16435, (19 x 865). The sum of the digits is  19, (1 + 6 + 4 + 3 + 5).

In (Table 2 -C), we see that the gematrical value (G.V.) of the 19^th verse is 1477 and the G.V. of the verse 30 “Over it is nineteen” is 1221. Glory is to GOD; by adding the two numbers we should be able to witness the Signature of the Almighty, The Most High:

1477 + 1221 = 2698
19 x 142
2698 is the frequency of the occurrence of the word "GOD" in the entire Quran!
The gematrical value of the word "The Most High," in Arabic (الأعلى) is 142.

There are 23 verses in (Table 2-C) that their gematrical values are less than or equal to 1221. If we add the gematrical value of these verses we get: 618 + 723 + 873 + 901 + 1059 + 498 + 1220 + 592 + 592 + 1139 + 993 + 358 + 432 + 853 + 387 + 753 + 753 +  490 + 490 + 349 + 763 + 742 + 1221 = 16798

By adding the Sura and the verse numbers of the first 16 verses in (Table 2-C) we get: 1 + 3 + 18 + 3 + 20 + 32 + 33 + 35 + 23 + 36 + 4 + 37 + 109 + 38 + 67 + 43 + 2 + 44 + 2 + 43 + 51 + 4 + 6 + 9 + 53 + 1 + 55 + 26 = 798 (19 x 42).

Glory is to GOD; by adding the verse numbers of the un-initial chapters in the Quran up to sura 16, we get: 7 + 176 + 120 + 165 + 75 + 127 + 128 = 798 (19 x 42). Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?

Please note that Sura 9 has 127 verses!

K. H. Y. `A. S. (Kãf Hã Yã `Ayn Sãd)

The Quran's 19 based mathematical miracle was revealed through Rashad Khalifa (رشاد خليفة). Is it possible that the Almighty might have placed some information in Sura 19 about this man? Let us go to this sura and, GOD willing, see it for ourselves.

The Quranic initials constitute a great portion of the mathematical miracle. Sura 19 is one of the twenty nine suras in the Quran that are prefixed with these initials. This sura starts with five initials: K. (ك), H. (ه), Y. (ي), `A. (ع), S. (ص). Rashad in the footnote 19:1 wrote:

"This is the maximum number of Quranic initials, because this sura deals with such crucial matters as the miraculous birth of John and the virgin birth of Jesus, and strongly condemns the gross blasphemy that considers Jesus to be a son of God. The five initials provide a powerful physical evidence to support these issues."

Glory be to GOD; Rashad Khalifa knew that the five initials of Sura 19 were very important, but he didn't know the rest of the story. He did not know that these five initials provide the most powerful physical evidence supporting his own messengership. It was God's will that these miracles be revealed after the messenger of the Covenant.

Let us focus on the suras that are prefixed with the Quranic initials. Of the first 19 suras in the Quran ten are prefixed with the initials. These suras are: 2, 3, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19.

The number of the verses in these suras up to 19:1 where the five initials of the sura nineteen is placed is:  286 + 200 + 206 + 109 + 123 + 111 + 43 + 52 + 99 + 1 = 1230

The gematrical value of the name Rashad Khalifa (رشاد خليفة) is calculated as follows: [(200 + 300 + 1 + 4) + (600 + 30 + 10 + 80 + 5)] = 1230   Praise be to GOD, Lord of the universe!

The five Quranic initials in Sura 19 are Ka. (ك), Ha. (ه), Ya. (ي), `Ain. (ع), Sad. (ص). the frequency of occurrence of these five initials in the sura are 137, 175, 343, 117, and 26 respectively. Thus, the total frequency of the five initials in Sura 19 is; (137 + 175 + 343 + 117 + 26) = 798 (19 x 42).

Rashad Khalifa was born on November 19, 1935 in Egypt and was assassinated on January 31, 1990 in Tucson, Arizona. The number of days from 19^th November, 1935 to 31^st January, 1990, both days inclusive is 19,798 (19 x 1042). http://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html  Praise be to GOD, Lord of the universe!

·     Without a doubt and with 100 % certainty, the numbers of days Rashad Khalifa (رشاد خليفة) lived on Earth are 19,798 (19 x 1042). Without a doubt and with 100 % assurance there are precisely 19 verses in the Quran that their gematrical values are greater than 19,798 (19 x 1042). All the praises are due to GOD; the gematrical value of the 19 verses (Table 3) add up to 458109 (19 x 19 x 1269).

وإذ قلتم يموسى لن نصبر على طعام وحد فادع لنا ربك يخرج لنا مما تنبت الأرض من بقلها وقثائها وفومها وعدسها وبصلها قال أتستبدلون الذي هو أدنى بالذي هو خير اهبطوا مصرا فإن لكم ما سألتم وضربت عليهم الذلة والمسكنة وباءو بغضب من الله ذلك بأنهم كانوا يكفرون بءايت الله ويقتلون النبين بغير الحق ذلك بما عصوا وكانوا يعتدون

وأتموا الحج والعمرة لله فإن أحصرتم فما استيسر من الهدي ولا تحلقوا رءوسكم حتى يبلغ الهدي محله فمن كان منكم مريضا أو به أذى من رأسه ففدية من صيام أو صدقة أو نسك فإذا أمنتم فمن تمتع بالعمرة إلى الحج فما استيسر من الهدي فمن لم يجد فصيام ثلثة أيام في الحج وسبعة إذا رجعتم تلك عشرة كاملة ذلك لمن لم يكن أهله حاضري المسجد الحرام واتقوا الله واعلموا أن الله شديد العقاب
