Dear Mr. President:

All the praises are due to the Only Lord and Savior, the Creator of all things. Glory is to God, Lord of the universe.

In my first letter to you Mr. President, I pointed out that I am God's messenger specifically sent to the United States of America. America is the most important community of our time (Quran 6:92). I said that I am the Son of man of our time who is sent from the East to the West (Matthew 24:27). The gematrical value of "Matthew" written in Arabic is 556,(40+500+10+6). The numerical identity of the Quran is 666. Matthew 24:27, (556,2427), and the Quran 6:92, (666,692), are both pointing at the same person, Keikhosrow Emami, (896,92). By adding the three numbers, we obtain a multiple of nineteen.

All the praises are due to Almighty God. It is a part of my duty to show to the Americans that there is a Picture, a "BIGGER PICTURE," that they have become totally oblivious to.

The catastrophic event that occurred in the United States, on September 11, 2001, among other things is a "Wake Up Call" for the Americans. God willing, many good things will eventually come out of this. For one thing, it has already united the country. This is the country that shall, God willing, receive the Truth, God's Truth. This is God's will, and God's will is done! To see the connection between God's messenger to the United States and the event that occurred on September 11^th, let us add the quotient obtained in the above formula, 332569, to 9, 11, and 2001; the month, the day, and the year in which the disaster was to occur.

Glory is to God, who but God knew the full details of what was to occur on September 11th? Who but God could create such a mathematical wonder? This awesome phenomenon, by itself, should make the sincere thinkers pause for a moment and ponder.

Quran 35:11. "God created you from dust, then from a tiny drop, then He causes you to reproduce through your spouses. No female becomes pregnant, nor gives birth, without His knowledge. Quran 39:42. "God puts the souls to death when the end of their life comes, and also at the time of sleep. Thus, He takes some back during their sleep, while others are allowed to continue living until the end of their predetermined interim. This should provide lessons for people who reflect."

Quran 2:155. "We will surely test you through some fear, hunger, loss of money and lives, and crops. Give good news to the steadfast.

2:156. When an affliction befalls them, they say, "We belong to God, and to Him we are returning."

God is the One who controls life and death. The information provided here should convince those sincere at heart that the moment of death is already fixed, it can neither be advanced nor postponed. Those who left us on September 11, 2001 were going to leave at the very moment they left. The information given here must not be taken lightly. We are not just dealing with numbers. We are dealing with precious lives. We are talking about sons and daughters, mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters. We are talking about families and friends. These are the people who are gone and obviously their loss is felt so terribly. But in the scheme of the whole things, in the BIGGER  PICTURE, our existence and its related matters may not be as they seem in this world. There is no such thing as death as we perceive. These people are simply gone, and great majority of them are in a much better place than we are. Glory is to God; this I know for fact that most of them wouldn't want to come back even if coming back was an option. And knowing what they know now, they even don't worry about those that they left behind. For they know for certain that God will take care of them.

Mathematics is the only true universal language. 19 is God's mathematical signature, it signifies "The First and The Last," "The Alpha and The Omega." For more information please refer to Page 2. Now, let us, God willing, witness the signature of the Almighty over the details of what happened in the United States on September 11, 2001.

All the praises are due to Almighty God. I have already pointed at the connection between 11:17 and the United States of America. Please remember that the first Apollo that landed men on the moon was Apollo 11 and the last was Apollo 17. Now let us see what we have here. Let us look at number eleven first. The day that America was impacted by the terrorists was the 11th day of September 2001. The sum of the digits of the day (9, 11) is 11. On this day, American flight No. 11 had to be the first flight to strike its target. The target was a 110 story building, (11 x 10). On the 11th day of September, 2001 the most spectacular No. 11 constructed by men, the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center, were destined to crumble.

 The number of the letters in the name "New York City" is 11. State of New York was the 11th state that was added to the Union. Now let us look at the American flight No. 11 more closely. There were 9 flight attendants and 2 pilots on the flight. Thus, the total number of the crew was 11, (9+2). By placing 9 and 2 side by side, we get 92. The total number of people on the American flight No. 11 was 92? The sum of the digits of 92 is 11. Are all these coincidences? Certainly not, there is an awesome power who controls every details. Only those who are intelligent will take heed! It is God's will that I proclaim that I am His messenger specifically sent to the United States of America, the most important community of our time. My name written in Arabic, the original language of the Quran, is comprised of 11 letters, and the gematrical value of my last name is 92. GOD IS GLORIFIED!

The people of the world shall, God willing, witness awesome mathematical miracles in connection with the letter "Qhaaf," "Q," in the Quran, in the near future. The miracles which will humble any intelligent person. In the Q-table, 9:33 is the 947th verse in which the letter "Qhaaf," "Q," occurs. Glory is to God; the frequency of the occurrence of the word "GOD" in the 947 verses is 896. All the praises are due to Almighty God. The gematrical value of my first name "Keikhosrow," (20+10+600+60+200+6), is 896. GOD IS GLORIFIED!

Quran 57:22. "Anything that happens on earth, or to you, has already been recorded, even before the creation. This is easy for God to do."

The number of people in each of the four flights that crashed on September 11, 2001 were 92, 65, 64, and 45. Thus, the total number of people on the four flights was:

(You Americans must know that it is God's will that you become United in God's name and in His name ALONE!) The gematrical value of the name "United" written in Arabic is 481, (10 + 6 + 50 + 1 + 10 + 400 + 4). Thus, the gematrical value of the name of the two airliners combined is:

The secret (802) of the Quran (666) was revealed through God's messenger of the Covenant, Rashad Khalifa (1230), [(200+300+1+4)+(600+30+10+80+5)]. By adding the three numbers, we obtain:

As if they cared what flight number to pick. Glory be to God, He is the Only One who knows the future and has it recorded. Let us place the above four flight numbers side by side, and, God willing, witness what GOD wishes to place before the eyes of the Americans.

All the praises are due to Almighty God. It is His will to place the number 1117 before the eyes of the Americans. Glory be to God, I am the Witness that is mentioned in the Quran in 11:17. It is God's will that I proclaim to the people of the United States of America that the Quran is His Words, and it is His gift to the Americans. 577 is the gematrical value of 50:1 in the Quran. The verse says, "Q., and the Glorious Quran." The gematrical value of the 15 Arabic letters in the verse are (100 + 6 + 1 + 30 + 100 + 200 + 1 + 1 + 50 + 1 + 30 + 40 + 3 + 10 + 4 = 577). The 93rd verse in the Quran that contains the letter "Qhaaf," "Q," is 2:124. (Page 36)

Quran 2:124. Recall that Abraham was put to the test by his Lord, through certain commands, and he fulfilled them. (God) said, "I am appointing you an imam for the people." He said, "And also my descendants?" He said, "My covenant does not include the transgressors."

The frequency of occurrence of the word "GOD" in the verses that contain the letter "Qhaaf," "Q," from the beginning of the Quran to the above verse is 57, 19 x 3. Glory be to God, "This Quran" is mentioned in the Quran 57 times. 2:124 is the 92nd verse in Sura 2 in which the letter "Qhaaf," "Q," occur. The gematrical value of my last name, "Emami," is 92. The frequency of occurrence of the letter "Qhaaf," "Q," from the beginning of Sura 2 to verse 124, inclusive, is 235. By adding the three numbers, we obtain a multiple of nineteen.

The sum of the 93 verse numbers that contain the letter "Qhaaf," "Q," from the beginning of the Quran to the above verse inclusive, is 5893. Glory be to God, at the time I am presenting you with these facts, I am 58 years old. As God appointed Abraham as an imam for his people, He has appointed me as a guide so that the American people be guided to the Quran. The gematrical value of the Arabic word "Ema`man" which is used in the verse is 83, (1+40+1+40+1). By adding 83 to (896,92), the gematrical value of the name "Keikhosrow Emami," we obtain a multiple of nineteen.

He was assassinated in Tucson, Arizona, on January 31, 1990. The Quran in Sura 81(19-24) and specifically in 3:81 points at the Messenger of the Covenant, the messenger that comes after all the scriptures are revealed through God's prophets. The numerical identity of the Quran as the 666 was also destined to be revealed in the United States. Incredibly, the 666th letter "Qhaaf," "Q," in the Quran is placed in the word "Me`thaaq" which means "Covenant," the word that is placed in 3:81. Praise be to God, Lord of the universe!

Mr. George Walker Bush, you owe it to yourself, to your family, and the people of the United States to study and verify the information given to you in this letter. This is a very crucial time in history and you, Mr. President, are placed on the spotlight. Above all, God is watching you! Please do what is right. Please select some young and intelligent people from among your staff and let them put this letter under a very careful scrutiny. Let them examine it's contents. God willing, they will find it authentic.

Mr. President think about the number of the numbers that go up and down before the end of one day in the Stock Market. Is it conceivable to control all the numbers in order to generate a very specific mathematical outcome? God is Omnipotent! Only God can do that. It was God's will that the Dow dropped 684.81 on September 17, 2001. To have anything done, He simply says to it "Be," and it is. 684 is the gematrical value of "Al-Quranel Kareem," "The Honorable Quran." It is God's will that you Americans discover the truth. It is God's will that you Americans know that there is no other god beside God. It is God's will that you Americans know that He ALONE is God, and He has no partner in His Kingship!

The Quran is God's Final Message to the world. It confirms and supersedes all the previous messages. It confirms the scripture and exposes the conjecture. The Quran is God's gift to you, to the people of the United States of America, and whomever it reaches. It is the Message that shall unite the sincere in the name of GOD, the Only Lord and Savior. This is God's will, and God's will shall be done! The Muslim masses have abandoned the Quran in favor of their own man made innovations, 25:30. As I will explain later, God willing, what the so-called Muslims preach and practice is not from the Quran. If they were practicing what God commands in the Quran, they would be the happiest and the most prosperous nations on earth. Here in America, you may be impressed with some of your material possessions and brag about your military might, but you are not happy. You are far from it! It is God's will that you wake up! It is God's will that you become a true Submitters' Nation. It is God's will that you worship Him ALONE and come to taste the true happiness in your lives. I do not speak these words on my own, it is God's will that I deliver these messages to you. I am His messenger specifically sent to the United States of America. With God's leave, I witnessed an awesome mathematical pattern in the Quran that starts with the 11th verse and ends with the 5217th. By placing the two numbers side by side (11,52,17), you should be able to get the picture. I am the witness mentioned in the Quran, in 11:17. My name "Keikhosrow Emami" is made of 11 Arabic letters. The numerical value of these letters are [(20, 10, 600, 60, 200, 6),(1, 40, 1, 40, 10)]. Thus, the gematrical value of my full name is 988 , 19 x 52.

Mr. President, I am sure that you agree that the "Twin Towers" in New York City, 110 stories each (11 x 10), were the tallest and the most magnificent No. 11 constructed by men. These two towers were destined to come down on the 11th day of September 2001, and what did bring them down? What brought them down were the American (321) flight No. 11 and the United (481) flight No. 175. Let us add these four numbers and see how God is introducing His messenger to you and the Americans:

Mr. George Walker Bush, who is the only One who has control over time? Who is the the only One who has control over life and death? Mr. President, it was God's design that on September 11, 2001, there were only 266 people on the four flights that crashed.

Obviously we cannot forget what just happened on September 11th. But let us remember what happened in 1983? Please count the years, starting at 2001 and go back 19 years, (1:2001, 2:2000, 3:1999, 4:1998, 5:1997, 6:1996, 7:1995, 8:1994, 9:1993, 10:1992, 11:1991, 12:1990, 13:1989, 14:1988, 15:1987, 16:1986, 17:1985, 18:1984, 19:1983). The bombing of the US marine base in Beirut in 1983 killed 241 Americans. Mr. President, if God wills, you will be able to see the connection. Let me take you to 2:41 in the Quran. This is God's message:

2:41. "You shall believe in what I have revealed herein, confirming what you have; do not be the first to reject it. Do not trade away My revelations for a cheap price, and observe Me.

2:42. Do not confound the truth with falsehood, nor shall you conceal the truth, knowingly."

25, in this there is a clear message for the Christians:

Quran 3:58. "These are the revelations that we recite to you, providing a message full of wisdom.

3:59. The example of Jesus, as far as God is concerned, is the same as that of Adam; He created him form dust, then said to him, "Be," and he was. 

3:60. This is the truth from your Lord; do not harbor any doubts.

3:61. If anyone argues with you, despite the knowledge you have received, then say, "Let us summon our children, and your children, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, then let us invoke God's curse upon the liars.

3:62. Absolutely, this is the narration of the truth. Absolutely, God is the Almighty, Most Wise.

3:63. If they turn away, then God is fully aware of the evildoers."

The Quran confirms the "equality" of the creation of Jesus and Adam. Both names are mentioned in the Quran the same number of times, 25 times each. The importance of knowing the true identity of Jesus is such that the Almighty has placed the key to this knowledge in 19:19, in the Quran. This is the verse where Gabriel, the true Holy Spirit, goes to Mary to give her the good news about a pure son.

19:19.  He said, "I am the messenger of your Lord, to grant you a pure son."

19:20. She said, "How can I have a son, when no man has touched me; I have never been unchaste."

19:21. He said, "Thus said your Lord, `It is easy for Me. We will render him a sign for the people, and mercy from us. This is a predestined matter.' "

Verse 19 of Sura 19 is comprised of thirty one Arabic letters, (100, 1, 30, 1, 50, 40, 1, 1, 50, 1, 200, 60, 6, 30, 200, 2, 20, 30, 1, 5, 2, 30, 20, 1000, 30, 40, 1, 7, 20, 10, 1). The gematrical value of this verse is 1990. Gabriel (Jebreil in Arabic) goes to Mary (Maryam in Arabic) and gives her the good news about her pure son. The gematrical value of the name "Jebreil" is 245, (3+2+200+10+30). The gematrical value of the name "Maryam" is 290, (40+200+10+40). Let us see how the Almighty clarifies the issue about the identity of Jesus. God says that the example of Jesus as far as He is concerned is the same as that of Adam. It is His design that both names are mentioned in the Quran the same number of times, 25 times each. Let us add the three numbers connected with 19:19 and, God willing, witness the design of the Almighty!

4:171. "O people of the scripture, do not transgress the limits of your religion, and do not say about God except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was a messenger of God, and His word that He sent to Mary, and a revelation from Him. Therefore, you shall believe in God and His messengers. You shall not say, "Trinity." You shall refrain from this for your own good. God is only One god. Be He glorified; He is much too glorious to have a son. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. God suffices as Lord and Master."

5:72 "Pagans indeed are those who say that God is the Messiah, son of Mary. The Messiah himself said, "O children of Israel, you shall worship God; my Lord and your Lord." Anyone who sets up any idol beside God, God has forbidden Paradise for him, and his destiny is Hell. The wicked have no helpers.

5:73. Pagans indeed are those who say that God is a third of a trinity. There is no god except the One god. Unless they refrain from saying this, those who disbelieve among them will incur a painful retribution."

2:165. Yet, some people set up idols to rival God, and love them as if they are God. Those who believe love God the most. If only the transgressors could see themselves when they see the retribution! They will realize then that all power belongs to God alone, and that Gods' retribution is awesome.

2:166. Those who were followed will disown those who followed them. They will see the retribution, and all ties among them will be severed."

The Quran that has 114 chapters is God's words. God is the only One who has witnessed the future and has it recorded. God is saying that those who were idolized will disown their idolizers. In the Day of Resurrection, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Mary, will disown those who call him lord. He will say,

"Didn't I tell you don't even call me good!? Didn't I tell you that there is none good but One, that is God!?" "How clearer could I tell you that I was not God!?"
"Didn't I tell you that I had no knowledge of the Last Day? Didn't I say that only God knows the Day and the Hour?" "How clearer could I tell you that I was not God!"
"Didn't I tell you that I was delivering God's messages? Didn't I say listen to my words and believe in God who sent me? Didn't I say, if you do this, you shall have everlasting life, you shall not come into condemnation; but shall pass from death unto life?"
"Didn't I tell you that I can of my own self do nothing!?" "How clearer could I tell you that I was just a messenger of God?"

The Messiah Jesus, the son of Mary, will disown his idolizers in the Day of Resurrection. He will say,

"Get away from me, you impure!" "I told you that the Lord our God is One Lord, didn't I? I told you that you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and will all your strength, didn't I? "Get away from me, you impure!"

It is God's will that I am telling you these things. I am His messenger specifically sent to you, to the people of the United States of America. For it is God's will that you must not have any excuse:

Quran 28:47. Thus they cannot say, when a disaster strikes them as a consequence of their own deeds, "Our Lord, had You sent a messenger to us, we would have followed Your revelations, and would have been believers."

Quran 4:61. When they are told "Come to what God has revealed and the messenger," You see the hypocrites shunning you completely.
4:62. How will it be when a disaster hits them, as a consequence of their works? They will come to you then and swear by God: "Our intentions were good and righteous!"
4:63. God is fully aware of their innermost intentions. You shall ignore them, enlighten them, and give them good advice that they may save their souls."

Quran 13:31. Even if a Quran caused mountains to move, or the earth to tear asunder, or the dead to speak (they will not believe). God controls all things. Is it not time for the believers to give up and realize that if God willed, He could have guided all the people? The disbelievers will continue to suffer disasters, as a consequence of their own works, or have disasters strike close to them, until God's promise is fulfilled. God will never change the predetermined destiny."

Quran 43:23. Invariably, when we sent a Warner to any community, the leaders of that community would say, "We found our parents following certain practices, and we will continue in their footsteps."
43:24. (The messenger) would say, "What if I brought to you better guidance than what you inherited from your parents?" They would say, "We are disbelievers in the message you brought."
43:25. Consequently, we requited them. Note the consequences for the rejecters."

Quran 14:28. Have you noted those who responded to God's blessings by disbelieving, and thus brought disaster upon their own family?
14:29. Hell is their destiny, wherein they burn; what a miserable end!
14:30. They set up rivals to rank with God and to divert others from His path. Say, "Enjoy for awhile; your final destiny is Hell."

Quran 30:40. God is the One who created you. He is the One who provides for you. He is the One who puts you to death. He is the One who resurrects you. Can any of your idols do any of these things? Be He glorified, He is much too exalted to have any partners.
30:41. Disasters have spread throughout the land and sea, because of what the people have committed. He thus lets them taste the consequences of some of their works, that they may return.

Quran 64:11. (Divine Law) Nothing happens to you except in accordance with God's will. Anyone who believes in God, He will guide his heart. God is fully aware of all things.
64:12. You shall obey God and you shall obey the messenger. If you turn away, then the sole mission of our messenger is to deliver the message.

Quran 6:65. Say, "He (God) is certainly able to pour upon you retribution from above you, or from beneath your feet. Or He can divide you into factions and have you taste each others' tyranny. Note how we explain the revelations, that they may understand."

Mr. George Walker Bush, as you further flex your military muscle and unleash your wrath upon the "Evildoers," you should know that God is not on your side either. God does not take side with the idol worshipers.

Quran 18:1. "Praise God, who revealed to His servant this scripture, and made it flawless.
18:2. A perfect (scripture) to warn of severe retribution from Him, and to deliver good news to the believers who lead a righteous life, that they have earned a generous recompense.
18:3. Wherein they abide forever.
18:4. And to warn those who said, "God has begotten a son!"
18:5. They possess no knowledge about this, nor did their parents. What a blasphemy coming out of their mouths! What they utter is a gross lie.
18:6. You may blame yourself on account of their response to this narration, and their disbelieving in it; you may be saddened."

Mr. President, God only takes side with those who love Him with all their heart, with all their soul, with all their mind, and with all their strength; and these are very few at this time. It is God's will, however, that , in the near future, great multitudes from among the Americans shall embrace "Submission," the only religion acceptable to God. Great many from among the Americans shall believe in the Only True One God and shall worship Him ALONE. They shall worship God without idolizing anything or anyone beside Him. It is God's will that the Americans shall believe in His words and recognize that the Quran is His Final Message to the world. This is God's will, and God's will is done!

God is the only One who has witnessed the future and has it recorded. The following is a prophecy that shall come to pass:

Quran 41:53. "We will show them our proofs in the horizons, and within themselves, until they realize that this is the truth. Is your Lord not sufficient as a witness of all things?"

Mr. President, lets bring it closer to home. Let us see what happened in Washington, D.C., on September 11, 2001. American flight No. 77 struck the Pentagon. There were 64 people on that flight. "Anything that happens on earth, or to you, has already been recorded, even before the creation. This is easy for God to do." It was already predetermined that 125 people were to be taken from Pentagon. By placing the two numbers side by side we obtain a multiple of nineteen.

On the American (321) flight No. (77) there were 58 passengers, 4 flight attendants, and 2 pilots, (58,4,2). This flight was destined to take (125) people from Pentagon. By adding the four numbers we obtain a multiple of nineteen.

There were 5 terrorists, 53 regular passengers, 4 flight attendants, 2 pilots, and 125 people on the ground (5,53,4,2,125) that were destined to be taken by the American, 321, flight No. 77, (321,77). The day was September (9), (11th), a day that America will never forget.

The Quran: God's Message-Messenger
"O people of the scripture, our messenger has come to you
To proclaim for you many things you have concealed in the scripture,
And to pardon many other transgressions you have committed.
A beacon has come to you from God, and a profound scripture.

With it, God guides those who seek His approval.
He guides them to the paths of peace,
Leads them out of darkness into the light by His leave,
And guides them in a straight path."

The Quran is God's messenger, it is God's "Message-Messenger." The Quran is ALIVE! It is a messenger that makes no mistakes and lives forever. It communicates with people on one to one basis, provided they are sincere, 56:79. The Quran is the direct link between people and God. It carries God's mathematical signature, "Over it is nineteen," 74:30. The last word in the Quran is the "People." The gematrical value of this word in Arabic, "Al-Naas," is 142, (1+30+50+1+60). 142 times 19 yields 2698, and this is the number of times the word "God," in Arabic "Allah," is mentioned in the Quran. The Quran is between the People and God. God does not need middle-men. The Most Gracious Himself is the Teacher of the Quran, 55:1-2. The essence of the message that the Quran delivers is that God is the Absolute God! There is no other god beside God! He ALONE is God and He has no partner in His Kingship! 112:2 in the Quran is where the Almighty says that He is "The Absolute God."  The word "God" that is placed in this verse is the last in the Quran. It is the 2698th, 19 x 142. Please note that the sum of the sura and the verse number is 114, (112+2). The Quran has 114 suras. The verse says, "The Absolute God."  This verse is comprised of only two Arabic words, "Allah" and "Al-Samad" meaning "God" and "The Absolute."  The gematrical value of the word "Allah" is 66, (1 + 30 + 30 + 5). The gematrical value of the word "Al-Samad" is 165, (1 + 30 + 90 + 40 + 4). Thus,
