Ask Christian scholars, who is the Messenger of the Covenant? Who is the Messenger that comes to prepare the way, before GOD comes to judgment? The chances are that they will say, "Jesus." The Christian scholars are wearing glasses that Jesus is written on it. Thus, Jesus is all that they can see. Ask Muslim scholars about the Messenger of the Covenant. The Messenger that comes after all the scriptures are revealed. They will say, "Mohammad." Ask them, was the Quran revealed through Mohammad? They will say, Yes. Then ask, why should Mohammad come back to confirm the Quran that was revealed through him in the first place? In spite of what GOD says in 33:40, the Muslim scholars insist that Mohammad was the final prophet and also the final messenger. They just cannot see the possibility that GOD might send messengers after prophet Mohammad and after the revelation of the Quran.
Quran 7:35. "O children of Adam, when messengers
7:36. As for those who reject our revelations, and are too arrogant to uphold them, they have incurred Hell, wherein they abide forever."
The above two verses are from the Quran. The Quran that was revealed through Mohammad, the Final Prophet. Obviously the people who lived before Mohammad's time did not have access to these verses. These verses are not addressing the people who lived before the revelation of the Quran. These verses are for the benefit of the people who can read them, those who lived from the time of the revelation of the verses to the End of the world. The Quran is a fully detailed scripture. It does not leave any question unanswered. The following verse should clarify the issue about the covenant of the prophets and the Messenger of the Covenant:
Quran 33:7. Recall that we took from the prophets their covenant, including you
In 3:81, God points at the covenant that He took from the prophets. In that gathering, GOD said to the prophets that there shall be a messenger who will come after all the scriptures are revealed. In 33:7, GOD points out clearly that Mohammad was indeed one of those prophets who gave his solemn pledge to GOD. Therefore, Mohammad cannot possibly be the Messenger of the Covenant. He cannot be one of the prophets of the Covenant as well as its Messenger. 33:7 is one of the two verses in the Quran in which GOD points at five of His prophets: Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Mohammad. The gematrical value of the individual Arabic letters that make up the names of these prophets are (50,6,8), (1,2,200,5,10,40), (40,6,60,10), (70,10,60,10), and (40,8,40,4) respectively. If we place these numbers after 33:7, the sura and the verse number, we obtain:

All the praises are due to Almighty God. Everything in this Quran is precisely calculated. The 19 based mathematical miracle of the Quran is far beyond human capability. This Quran says that both Jesus and Mohammad were among the prophets of the Covenant.
Quran 34:43. When our proofs were recited to them, perfectly clear, they said, "This is simply a man who wants to divert you from the way your parents are worshiping." They also said, "These are fabricated lies." Those who disbelieved also said about the truth that came to them, "This is obviously magic."
34:44. We did not give them any other books to study, nor did we send to them before you another Warner.
34:45. Those before them disbelieved, and even though they did not see one tenth
The great miracles given to Moses and Jesus were limited in time and place; they were witnessed by a few people who were destined to be in the right place at the right time. But the mathematical miracle of the Quran is perpetual, those who are sincerely seeking the truth can witness it in any place at any time. GOD says that the mathematical miracle of the Quran is more than ten times greater than all the previous miracles combined. Obviously such an awesome miracle wouldn't be revealed through just any body. Only with God's authorization His messengers can produce miracles, 40:70. The especial honor of revealing the Quran's 19 based mathematical miracle was reserved for the Messenger of the Covenant. With God's will the Quran was decoded by Dr. Rashad Khalifa in 1974, in the United States of America.
Dr. Rashad Khalifa was a scientist, he was a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. He was an Egyptian American who was an utmost Submitter to GOD alone. He worshiped GOD with all his heart, with all his mind, with all his soul, and with all his strength. He was indeed the purifier prophesied in Malachi. He rid the Quran from the two false verses (9:128 &129, Page 16) that were injected into it 19 years after Prophet Mohammad's departure. He purified the religion from the satanic teachings reflected in the books of the Hadith and the Sunna, Page 18. He emphasized on God's repeated assertion in the Quran that the Book is a fully detailed scripture and that nothing is left out of it. He thus declared that those who uphold additional sources beside the Quran are not "Muslims," are not "Submitters to GOD alone," but they are idol worshipers. He emphasized that the true worshipers of the Almighty are those who uphold the Quran, the whole Quran, and nothing but the Quran. He declared that the proclamation of faith, "Shahaadah," that is decreed by God is: "There is no other god beside GOD," 3:18. He thus declared that those who mention other names beside GOD in their worship practices do not belong with GOD. They are idol worshipers, they belong with Satan. He declared that "Trinity" is a false doctrine. He invited all to submit to GOD and worship Him ALONE without idolizing anyone or anything beside Him. He invited all to the religion of "Submission," the only religion acceptable to GOD. He pointed out that "Submission" is not a name but rather a description of one's total submission and devotion to GOD alone. God's Messenger of the Covenant delivered the messages of his Lord. He performed his duties, he did what he was sent to do. Rashad Khalifa was martyred in Tucson Arizona on January 31, 1990.
The miracle of the Quran was divinely predestined to be unveiled 14 centuries after Mohammad. In view of the current condition of the traditional Muslims, if Mohammad had been given this miracle, those Muslims who are already idolizing Mohammad beside GOD, would have worshiped him as GOD incarnate. Additionally, this miracle is obviously designed for the computer age, and to be appreciated by mathematically sophisticated generations.
Quran 10:20. They say, "How come no miracle came down to him from his Lord?" Say, "The future belongs to GOD; so wait, and I am waiting along with you."
The Arabic Quran was revealed through Mohammad. The gematrical value of the name "Mohammad" is 92, (40+8+40+4). The 19-based mathematical miracle of the Quran was destined to be revealed through God's Messenger of the Covenant. The gematrical value of Rashad, the first name of the Messenger, is 505, (200+300+1+4). The gematrical value of Khalifa, the last name of the Messenger, is 725, (600+30+10+80+5). THE PROOF
The name of God's Messenger of the Covenant is mathematically coded in the Quran as "Rashad Khalifa." This is certainly the most appropriate method of introducing God's messenger to the world in the computer age.
God's great miracle in the Quran is based on the prime number 19, and it remained hidden for 1406 years (19 x 74).
There are 29 suras in the Quran that are prefixed with the Quranic initials. These initials constitute a great portion of the Quran's mathematical miracle. The sum of the twenty nine sura numbers is 822, (2, 3, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 36, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 50, 68). Let us look at 1145 shown in the above calculations more closely, 114 and 5. 114 is the number of the suras in the Quran and 5 is the number of the daily Contact Prayers. One of the duties performed by Rashad Khalifa was to purify the proclamation of faith, the Shahaadah. In accordance with the teachings of the Quran (114), the correct Shahaadah that we must utter in our (5) daily Contact Prayers is: "Ash`hadu An, Laa Elaaha Ella Allah, Wah`dahu Laa Shareeka Lah." The meaning of this Shahaadah in English is: "I bear witness that there is no other god beside GOD, He alone is (GOD), and He has no partner." The gematrical value of "Ash`hadu An" is 361, (1 + 300 + 5 + 4 + 1 + 50). The gematrical value of "Laa Elaaha Ella Allah" is 165, (30 + 1 + 1 + 30 + 5 + 1 + 30 + 1 + 1 + 30 + 30 + 5). The man as far as this earth is concerned is dead and gone, he doesn't need any recognition. The Covenant of the Prophets was Fulfilled
Quran 81:15. "I solemnly swear by the galaxies.
81:16. Precisely running in their orbits.
81:17. By the night as it falls,
81:18. And the morn as it breathes,
81:19. This is the utterance of an honorable messenger,
81:20. Authorized by the Possessor of the Throne, fully supported.
81:21. He shall be obeyed and trusted.
81:22. Your friend (Rashad) is not crazy.
81:23. He (God) saw him (Rashad) at the high horizon."The following is the utterance of an honorable messenger of GOD. This information is reflected in Appendix 2 of the Authorized English Version of the Quran, a translation from the original Arabic text by the Messenger of the Covenant.
"Although the prophets are dead, as far as this world is concerned, we know their souls, the real persons, are now in the Garden of Eden where Adam and Eve lived. Several verses enjoin us from thinking that the believers who shed their bodies and departed this world are dead (2:154, 3:169, 4:69). Although they cannot come back to our world (23:100), they are "Alive" in Paradise.
During my Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, and before sunrise on Tuesday, Zul-Hijjah 3, 1391,
What I witnessed, in sharp consciousness, was that I was sitting still, while the prophets, one by one, came towards me, looking at my face, then nodded their heads. God showed them to me as they had looked in this world, attired in their respective mode of dress. There was an atmosphere of great awe, joy, and respect.
Except for Abraham, none of the prophets were identified to me. I knew that all the prophets were there, including Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, Aaron, David, Noah, and the rest. I believe that the reason for revealing Abraham's identity was that I asked about him. I was taken aback by the strong resemblance he had with my own family. It was the only time that I wondered, "Who is this prophet who looks like my relatives?" The answer came: "Abraham." No language was spoken. All communication was done mentally.
It is noteworthy that the date of this fulfillment of the prophets' Covenant was Zul-Hijjah 3, 1391. If we add the month (12), the day (3), and the year (1391), we get a total of 1406, 19x74. Sura 74 is where the Quran's common denominator, the number 19, is mentioned. Note that the number 1406 is also the number of years from the revelation of the Quran to the revelation of its mathematical miracle.
The mission of God's messenger of the Covenant is to confirm existing scriptures, purify them, and consolidate them into one divine message. The Quran states that such a messenger is charged with restoring God's message to its pristine purity, to lead the righteous believers -- Jews, Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Sikhs, Hindus, and others -- out of darkness into the light (5:19). He is to proclaim that "Submission" is the only religion acceptable by God (3:19)."
Glory be to God, the messenger of the Covenant is in Heaven now. He is alive at his Lord, enjoying His provisions, 3:169. He is in good company. He is with God's prophets, His messengers, and the righteous. It is God's will that I, Keikhosrow Emami, confirm the truth that was conveyed through His messenger of Covenant. It is His will that I provide irrefutable mathematical proofs that confirm the fulfillment of the Covenant of the prophets. Let us revisit 33:7 in the Quran:
"Recall that we took from the prophets their covenant, including you (Mohammad), Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus the son of Mary. We took from them a solemn pledge."

The Quran's 19 based mathematical miracle was revealed through Rashad Khalifa. Is it possible that the Almighty may have placed some information in Sura 19 about this man? Let us go to this sura and, God willing, see it for ourselves.
The Quranic initials constitute a great portion of the mathematical miracle. Sura 19 is one of the twenty nine suras in the Quran that are prefixed with these initials. This sura starts with five initials: K. (Kaaf), H. (Haa), Y. (Yaa), `A. (Ayn), S. (Saad). Rashad in the footnote 19:1 wrote:
"This is the maximum number of Quranic initials, because this sura deals with such crucial matters as the miraculous birth of John and the virgin birth of Jesus, and strongly condemns the gross blasphemy that considers Jesus to be a son of God. The five initials provide a powerful physical evidence to support these issues."
Glory be to God, Rashad knew that the five initials of Sura 19 were very important, but he didn't know the rest of the story. He did not know that these five initials provide the most powerful physical evidence supporting his own messengership. It was God's will that these miracles be revealed after the messenger of the Covenant.
Let us focus on the suras that are prefixed with the Quranic initials. Of the first 19 suras in the Quran ten are prefixed with the initials. These suras are: 2, 3, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19. Let us count the number of the verses in these suras up to 19:1 where the five initials of the sura nineteen is placed.

What else do we need before we realize that this Quran is truly a revelation from the Lord of the universe?

Quran 23:66. "My proofs have been presented to you, but you turned back on your heels.
23:67. You were too arrogant to accept them, and you defiantly disregarded them.
23:68. Why do they not reflect upon this scripture? Do they not realize that they have received something never attained by their ancestors?
23:69. Have they failed to recognize their messenger? Is this why they are disregarding him?
