December twenty-first was 247 days from April 18, 2008 when an earthquake, the strongest in 40 years, shook southern Illinois. In accordance with GOD's will, the United States Geological Survey has given the ID 1919 to this Earthquake. Please also note that the first occurrence of the name "Taloot" (Saul) is in verse 247 in the Quran, and 247 is 19 x 13.

On October 26, 2007, one hundred seventy five days ahead of time, I proclaimed (Page 37) that in the morning of Friday April 18, 2008, there shall be a major earthquake in the United States of America. The earthquake happened in Illinois at 4:37 a.m., 437 is 19 x 23. However the location and the magnitude of the earthquake was not what I had predicted. Glory is to GOD; He is the Only One who knows everything and His design is the best design. It is a part of GOD's design that the earthquake of April 18th in Illinois (ID 1919) should serve as "A Marker" towards the major events that shall occur. The events that shall change America and thus the entire planet.

The Importance of Number 40
1. Moses was summoned to Mount Sinai for 40 nights.
Quran 2:49. Recall that we saved you (the Children of Israel) from Pharaoh's people who inflicted upon you the worst persecution, slaying your sons and sparing your daughters. That was an exacting test from your Lord.
2:50. Recall that we parted the sea for you; we saved you and drowned Pharaoh's people before your eyes.
2:51. Yet, when we summoned Moses for forty nights, you worshiped the calf in his absence, and turned wicked.2. When Israelites disobeyed GOD's command, they were punished. They became homeless, roaming earth aimlessly for 40 years.
Quran 2:58. Recall that we said, “Enter this town, where you will find as many provisions as you like. Just enter the gate humbly, and treat the people nicely. We will then forgive your sins, and increase the reward for the pious.”
Quran 5:21. “O my people, enter the holy land that GOD has decreed for you, and do not rebel, lest you become losers.”
5:22. They said, “O Moses, there are powerful people in it, and we will not enter it, unless they get out of it. If they get out, we are entering.”
5:23. Two men who were reverent and blessed by GOD said, “Just enter the gate. If you just enter it, you will surely prevail. You must trust in GOD, if you are believers.”
5:24. They said, “O Moses, we will never enter it, so long as they are in it. Therefore, go - you and your Lord - and fight. We are sitting right here.”
5:25. He said, “My Lord, I can only control myself and my brother. So allow us to part company with the wicked people.”
5:26. He said, “Henceforth, it is forbidden them for forty years, during which they will roam the earth aimlessly. Do not grieve over such wicked people.”3. Mohammad, GOD's elect, the Gentile Prophet prophesized in Isaiah 42:1 and 6 was a descendant of Heidar (Kedar), the second son of Ishmael, the first born of Abraham. He was 40 years old when the Quran was sent down to him.

Quran 46:15. We enjoined the human being to honor his parents. His mother bore him arduously, gave birth to him arduously, and took intimate care of him for thirty months. When he reaches maturity, and reaches the age of forty, he should say, "My Lord, direct me to appreciate the blessings You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and to do the righteous works that please You. Let my children be righteous as well. I have repented to You; I am a submitter."
46:16. It is from these that we accept the righteous works, and overlook their sins. They have deserved Paradise. This is the truthful promise that is promised to them.5. The year 1968 was 40 years ago.
Forty years ago in 1968, on the Forth day of April, a righteous man was martyred in the United States of America. The man that in the most important speech of his life only glorified GOD. All the praises and all the glories are due only and only to Almighty GOD. However, He raises some from among the people to the position of prominence in order to do His will. GOD does what GOD does and no one can question GOD's doing. GOD is the One who created Martin Luther King and guided him to the "Mountain-top." GOD is the One who took him up to Him on the Forth Day of April (4/4), 1968 before his fortieth birthday. GOD is the One that with the blood of this man pointed at 44, the 44th President of the United States America, Barak Hussein Obama.
The title of Sura 19 in the Quran is "Mary," mother of Jesus. This Sura is the only sura in the Quran with 98 verses, and the title of Sura 98 is "The Proof." Nineteen is the proof of the authenticity of the Quran (Page 2). It is GOD's design that the Mathematical Poof about the true identity of Jesus was coded in this Sura. Glory is to GOD; Sura 19 is the 44th in the order of revelation.

The name "Saul," in Arabic "Taloot," occurs in two of the verses in the Quran, 2:247 and 2:249.

The frequency of the occurrence of the word "GOD," from the beginning of the Quran to the end of 2:249 is 225. These are the two verses in the Quran in which the name "Saul," in Arabic "Taloot," is mentioned. Glory is to GOD; by adding the two numbers 221 and 225, we get 446 that is the gematrical value of the name "Taloot," (9 + 1 + 30 + 6 + 400).

The mathematical miracle of the Quran, one of the great miracles, was revealed through Dr. Khalifa, GOD's Messenger of the Covenant, in January 1974 in the United States of America. Forty is the age of perfection, the age of maturity. Glory is to GOD; this is a prophecy that shall come to pass. By the Year 2014, forty years after the revelation of its miracle, the majority of the people in the United States of America will realize the truth that the Quran is, without a doubt, a revelation from the Lord of the universe!

The Quran was sent down through Prophet Mohammad. The title of Sura 47 in the Quran, the only sura with 38 verses, is "Mohammad." At the end of the 47:38, Almighty GOD warns those who received the Quran that if they turn away, He will substitute other people in their place.
"If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you."
Quran 5:54. O you who believe, if you revert from your religion, then GOD will substitute in your place people whom He loves and who love Him. They will be kind with the believers, stern with the disbelievers, and will strive in the cause of GOD without fear of any blame. Such is GOD's blessing; He bestows it upon whomever He wills. GOD is Bounteous, Omniscient.
What GOD sent down to Mohammad, the Gentile Prophet, was the Quran, the whole Quran, and nothing but the Quran. Almighty GOD, the Teacher of the Quran (55:1-2), commanded the Prophet to preach only with the Quran.
Quran 6:19. Say, “Whose testimony is the greatest?” Say, “GOD's. He is the witness between me and you that this Quran has been inspired to me, to preach it to you and whomever it reaches. ......
The corrupted Muslims do not believe in the above testimony that the verses of the Quran were the only writings left by Prophet Mohammad, the only verses that they were commanded to follow. These people have a tremendous amount of respect for the Quran, the book, the paper and the ink, but not the word of GOD. They have abandoned GOD's teachings in favor of their own man-made innovations and fabrications, the books of the Hadith and the Sunna.
Quran 12:111. In their history, there is a lesson for those who possess intelligence. This is not a fabricated Hadith; this (Quran) confirms all previous scriptures, provides the details of everything, and is a beacon and mercy for those who believe.
Quran 31:6. Among the people, there are those who uphold baseless Hadith, and thus divert others from the path of GOD without knowledge, and take it in vain. These have incurred a shameful retribution.
31:7. And when our revelations are recited to the one of them, he turns away in arrogance as if he never heard them, as if his ears are deaf. Promise him a painful retribution.Quran 45:6. These are GOD's revelations that we recite to you truthfully. In which Hadith other than GOD and His revelations do they believe?
45:7. Woe to every fabricator, guilty.
45:8. The one who hears GOD's revelations recited to him, then insists arrogantly on his way, as if he never heard them. Promise him a painful retribution.
45:9. When he learns anything about our revelations, he mocks them. These have incurred a shameful retribution.
45:10. Awaiting them is HELL. Their earnings will not help them, nor the idols they had set up beside GOD. They have incurred a terrible retribution.In the Day of Resurrection, Prophet Mohammad would say:
Quran 25:30. The messenger said, “My Lord, my people have deserted this Quran.”

The corrupted Muslims do not believe in GOD's assertion that the Quran is complete and fully detailed.
The Quran is a Fully Detailed Scripture
Quran 6:114. Shall I seek other than GOD as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed? Those who received the scripture recognize that it has been revealed from your Lord, truthfully. You shall not harbor any doubt.
6:115. The word of your Lord is complete, in truth and justice. Nothing shall abrogate His words. He is the Hearer, the Omniscient.Quran 18:27. You shall recite what is revealed to you of your Lord's scripture. Nothing shall abrogate His words, and you shall not find any other source beside it.

The Islam of today's Muslim world has been so severely distorted, it has become a satanic cult. The Ulama, or religious scholars, have added many extraneous laws, prohibitions, dress codes, dietary regulations, and religious practices (Sharia Laws) never authorized by God.
Upholding the Teachings of Religious Leaders Instead of GOD's Teachings
Quran 9:31. They have set up their religious leaders and scholars as lords, instead of GOD. Others deified the Messiah, son of Mary. They were all commanded to worship only One god. There is no god except He. Be He glorified, high above having any partners.Quran 42:21. "They follow idols who decree for them religious laws never authorized by GOD. If it were not for the predetermined decision, they would have been judged immediately. Indeed, the transgressors have incurred a painful retribution."
Quran 3:78. Among them are those who twist their tongues to imitate the scripture, that you may think it is from the scripture, when it is not from the scripture, and they claim that it is from GOD, when it is not from GOD. Thus, they utter lies and attribute them to GOD, knowingly.
"If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you."
The true Muslims (Submitters) submit to GOD alone. When they hear GOD's commands, they say, "We hear, and we obey." The true Muslims (Submitters) reach an unshakable conviction that all powers belong with GOD, and they devote their worship absolutely to GOD alone.
The Most Important Commandment
Quran 3:18. GOD bears witness that there is no god except He, and so do the angels and those who possess knowledge. Truthfully and equitably, He is the absolute god; there is no god but He, the Almighty, Most Wise.Quran 72:18. The places of worship belong to GOD; do not call on anyone else beside GOD.
The proclamation of faith (Shahaadah) that is decreed by GOD is: "There is no god except GOD," in Arabic "La Elaaha Ella Allah" (see also 37:35, 47:19). The corrupted Muslims insist upon adding a second "Shahaadah" proclaiming that Mohammad is GOD's messenger. This is by definition "Shirk" (idolatry) and a flagrant defiance of God and His messenger.
Quran 3:79. Never would a human being whom GOD blessed with the scripture and prophethood say to the people, “Idolize me beside GOD.” Instead, (he would say), “Devote yourselves absolutely to your Lord alone,” according to the scripture you preach and the teachings you learn.
Quran 63:1. When the hypocrites come to you they say, "We bear witness that you (Mohammad ) are the messenger of GOD." GOD knows that you are His messenger, and GOD bears witness that the hypocrites are liars.
"If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you."
The true Muslims (Submitters to GOD alone) do not make any distinction among GOD's messengers, 2:136, 2:285, 3:84, and 4:150 -152.
Quran 2:136. Say, “We believe in GOD, and in what was sent down to us (The Quran), and in what was sent down to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Patriarchs; and in what was given to Moses and Jesus, and all the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction among any of them. To Him alone we are submitters.”
Quran 2:285. The messenger has believed in what was sent down to him from his Lord (The Quran), and so did the believers. They believe in GOD, His angels, His scripture, and His messengers: “We make no distinction among any of His messengers.” They say, “We hear, and we obey. Forgive us our Lord. To You is the ultimate destiny.”
The corrupted Muslims, however, only proclaim that Mohammad is the messenger of GOD. By failing to make the same proclamation for other messengers such as Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and ...., they commit a major violation against GOD's command.

Islam, "Submission," is the religion of Abraham, and Abraham was the father of the Jews, the Christians, and the Muslims. All the practices of the religion of "Submission" were decreed through Abraham. The only duty of Mohammad, the Final Prophet, was to deliver the Quran, the whole Quran, and nothing but the Quran.
Quran 3:95. Say, "GOD has proclaimed the truth: You shall follow Abraham's religion - monotheism. He never was an idolater.
Quran 4:125. "Who is better guided in his religion than one who submits totally to GOD, leads a righteous life, according to the creed of Abraham: monotheism? GOD has chosen Abraham as a beloved friend."
Quran 16:123. "Then we inspired you (Mohammad) to follow the religion of Abraham, the monotheist; he never was an idol worshiper."
No Compulsion in Religion: Religion is a choice and that is between the individuals and their Creator. Those who are worthy of GOD's guidance, He will guide them on the right path. Any religion that is FORCED upon people cannot be GOD's religion.
Quran 2:256. "There shall be no compulsion in religion: the right way is now distinct from the wrong way. Anyone who denounces the devil and believes in GOD has grasped the strongest bond; one that never breaks. GOD is Hearer, Omniscient."
Despite the contrary belief that the religion of Islam (Submission) is the religion of war and aggression, it is in fact the religion of justice and peace.
Quran 2:190. "You may fight in the cause of GOD against those who attack you, but do not aggress. GOD does not love the aggressors."
This command is repeated throughout the Quran. Mohammad, the Final Prophet through whom the Quran was sent down, wouldn't disobey GOD. He was an utmost Submitter. During his life, the wars that he was engaged in had all defensive posture. His only offensive campaign was when he moved on Mecca. Mecca surrendered and not a single blood was shed. What happened after Mohammad is another story and unfortunately that is the portrait of "Islam" shown to the world.
Religious Sects Condemned: Those Muslims (Submitters) who call themselves anything beside being just Muslim are plagued with hypocrisy. They are not Muslims, they are not Submitters! Those who submit to GOD, do not disobey GOD. The true Muslims (Submitters) when they hear GOD's commands, they say "We hear and we obey." It is GOD's command that we must not break our religion into sects.
Quran 3:104. Let there be a community of you who invite to what is good, advocate righteousness, and forbid evil. These are the winners.
3:105. Do not be like those who became divided and disputed, despite the clear proofs that were given to them. For these have incurred a terrible retribution."Quran 6:159. "Those who divide themselves into sects do not belong with you. Their judgment rests with GOD, then He will inform them of everything they had done."
Quran 21:92. "Your congregation is but one congregation, and I alone am your Lord; you shall worship Me alone.
21:93. However, they divided themselves into disputing religions. All of them will come back to us (for judgment).Quran 23:51. "Such is your congregation - one congregation - and I am your Lord; you shall reverence Me.
23:52. But they tore themselves into disputing factions; each party happy with what they have."Quran 30:30. "Therefore, you shall devote yourselves to the religion of strict monotheism. Such is the natural instinct placed into the people by GOD. Such creation of GOD will never change. This is the perfect religion, but most people do not know.
30:31. You shall submit to Him, reverence Him, observe the Contact Prayers, and - whatever you do - do not ever fall into idol worship.
30:32. (Do not fall into idol worship,) like those who divided their religion into sects; each party rejoicing with what they have.""If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you."
The Quran calls for the Unity of All Submitters:
Quran 2:62. Surely, those who believe, those who are Jewish, the Christians, and the converts; anyone who (1) believes in GOD, and (2) believes in the Last Day, and (3) leads a righteous life, will receive their recompense from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.
Only One Religion
Quran 42:13. He decreed for you the same religion decreed for Noah, and what we inspired to you (Mohammad), and what we decreed for Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: "You shall uphold this one religion, and do not divide it." The idol worshipers will greatly resent what you invite them to do. GOD redeems to Himself whomever He wills; He guides to Himself only those who totally submit.Satan through his agents, the professional religionists, has done such a job on human population that is incredible. If Moses was to come back and tell the Jews how bad and corrupted they are, they would get rid of him in a heart beat. If Jesus was to come back and tell the Christians how far away from the truth they are, they would kill him without mercy. If Mohammad was to come back and tell the Muslims what a bad name they have put on Islam, they would tear him to pieces. This one group already has a proven record. They murdered GOD's messenger of the Covenant, Page 5. They murdered a man just because he said, "Worship GOD alone." They murdered a man for saying, "Uphold the Quran, the whole Quran, and nothing but the Quran." GOD's enemies may kill His messengers, but they cannot kill His Message!
Glory is to GOD; it is His will that the light of the Quran shall shine supreme in spite of the idol worshipers, in spite of the evildoers, and in spite of any opposition.
Quran (9:32 & 61:8). They want to put out GOD's light with their mouths, but GOD insists upon perfecting His light, in spite of the disbelievers.
The Quran is GOD's Final Message to the world. The Quran is not an ordinary book. The book is ALIVE, it is GOD's Message-Messenger. The Quran is a mathematically coded message, far beyond human capability. It is the only scripture that its original manuscript is preserved. The Quran is tamper-proof, it is the sealed book prophesized in Isaiah 29:11.
Quran 15:9. Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder, and absolutely, we will preserve it.
The proof of the divine origin of the Quran is fixed into its fabric. "The book is, without a doubt, a revelation from the Lord of the universe," 32:2. The Quran contains clear revelations without any ambiguity. It provides the sincere with the key to eternal salvation, it provides people with the recipe for true happiness, in this world and in the Hereafter.
Quran 10:57. O people, enlightenment has come to you herein from your Lord, and healing for anything that troubles your hearts, and guidance, and mercy for the believers.
It is all about the Quran.

The “Glorious Quran” was sent down through Prophet Mohammad, the Gentile Prophet prophesized in the Torah and the Gospel, (Page 13). The name “Mohammad” that in Arabic consists of 4 letters occurs 4 times in the Quran, (3:144, 33:40, 47:2, 48:29). The 4 and 4 point at 44, one of the specifications of the Quran. Barak Hussein Obama, you will be the 44th President of the United States of America on January 20, 2009, GOD willing. Your presidency is NOT an accident, it is a part of GOD's plan to let His Light shine upon America, "A Nation under GOD." You are, without a doubt, the Saul of our time. You have a huge task ahead of you. To succeed, you must submit to the Lord of the universe, obey His commands, and follow His directives. You must be fearless; remember, GOD suffices you as an advocate!
