The Quran: God's Message to the Whole World

Say, “Whose testimony is the greatest?”
Say, “God's.
He is the witness between me and you that this Quran has been inspired to me, to preach it to you and whomever it reaches.
Indeed, you bear witness that there are other gods beside God.”
Say, “I do not testify as you do; there is only One god, and I disown your idolatry.”

“O children of Adam, when messengers come to you from among you, and recite My revelations to you,
Those who take heed and lead a righteous life, will have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve.

“As for those who reject our revelations and are too arrogant to uphold them,
They have incurred Hell, wherein they abide forever.
[7:35-36]

Most blessed is the One who revealed the Statute Book to His servant,
So he can serve as a Warner to the whole world.

God's message is the ultimate and most meaningful communication for the benefit of those who are worthy of receiving it. A human messenger is a mean through whom this communication is made. The only duty of a messenger is to deliver the message. Obviously, in the hearts of the sincere, no message can possibly be clearer than God's message (39:27, 28).

[39:27] We have cited for the people every kind of example in this Quran, that they may take heed.
[39:28] An Arabic Quran, without any ambiguity, that they may be righteous.

Obviously, in the eyes of the truthful, no messenger can possibly be more honest than God's messenger (81:19, 20).

[81:19] This is the utterance of an honorable messenger.
[81:20] Authorized by the Possessor of the Throne, fully supported.
 

The Quran is God's final message to the whole world. The Arabic Quran was sent down through Prophet Mohammad. The only duty of the Final Prophet was to deliver the Quran and to preach in accordance with its teachings, 6:19. Dr. Rashad Khalifa was authorized by God (81:19, 20) to translate the Arabic Quran (26:198, 199). The translation of the Quran by God's Messenger of the Covenant is not a new revelation. It is simply an Authorized Translation of the Final Testament. This translation manifests the proof of the Quran's divine authorship. This translation reflects the Quran's clear revelation without any ambiguity. The Arabic Quran together with its Authorized Translation is the highly publicized 666 that the corrupted Pauline Church is afraid of. It is this Quran that shall, God willing, find its place in every household. It is this Quran that shall spread God's Final Message throughout the whole world.

If God's messages in the Quran were to be communicated to the whole world in the Arabic language, would they do much good? In that case, the fortunate few were going to be from among the sincere (56:79) who know the Arabic language. They would be the only ones to benefit from God's Final Message. At this time, there are more than six billion humans living on earth. How many from among the human population would fit into the above description? Obviously, in the light of what God says in 9:97, not many would. It is God's will that many among all the people on earth benefit from the teachings of the Quran. Therefore, it is His will that the Quran must be translated (26:198,199).

And had him recite it (in Arabic), they could not possibly believe in it.

[56:79] None can grasp it except the sincere.
 

[9:97] The Arabs are the worst in disbelief and hypocrisy, and the most likely to ignore the laws that God has revealed to His messenger. God is Omniscient, Most Wise.

The Quran has been translated in so many different languages. If the translations done so far were accurate and true to the word of God, the so-called Muslim world would have been in a much better shape. It is evident from the existing disarray among the Muslim masses that there has been prevailing ignorance in regard to the true teachings of the Quran. God's message has NOT not been conveyed. The Quran has either been recited in Arabic, a foreign tongue to most of the Muslims, or it has been conveyed through translations influenced by the prejudices of their translators. Parroting the sounds without understanding (2:171), and more importantly getting the wrong messages through the wrong translations have contributed to the confusion among the Muslim masses and thus their unfortunate circumstances.

[2:171] The example of such disbelievers is that of parrots who repeat what they hear of sounds and calls, without understanding. Deaf, dumb, and blind; they cannot understand.

The so-called Muslims have NOT gotten the message of the Quran. It is no wonder that they have abandoned the Quran in favor of their own man-made innovations and fabrications, the books of the Hadith and Sunna. These so-called Muslims raise the Quran, the paper and the ink, with their hands and expect miracles while they do not uphold God's message. These so-called Muslims read the Quran, the Arabic Quran, for the dead while being heedless of the Message when they are alive. These so-called Muslims organize Annual International Championship for the recitation of the Arabic Quran, while they are totally oblivious of its teachings. The Quran is God's gift and those who abuse it, will pay a very heavy price. These so-called Muslims are getting their share of misery in this world for abusing God's Words. If they do not repent to the Almighty and go back to the Quran, they will suffer until the very Last Day. And they will be among the worst losers on the Day of Resurrection.

Victory, health, wealth, peace of mind, and perfect happiness are absolutely guaranteed by God for those who follow His guidance in the Quran.

[3:160] If God supports you, none can defeat you. And if He abandons you, who else can support you? In God the believers shall trust.

[22:38] God defends those who believe. God does not love any betrayer, unappreciative.

[24:55] God promises those among you who believe and lead a righteous life, that He will make them sovereigns on earth, as He did for those before them, and will establish for them the religion He has chosen for them, and will substitute peace and security for them in place of fear. "All this because they worship Me alone; they never set up any idols beside Me." Those who disbelieve after this are the truly wicked.

Victory and perfect happiness are absolutely guaranteed for those who follow the teachings of the Quran. This is God's promise and God never breaks His promise. Facing the realities of our time, we witness Israel consistently defeating Arabs. We witness India consistently defeating Pakistan. We see Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, and ... being humiliated. The Muslim countries are the poorest, the most miserable, the least developed, and the most tyrannized countries on earth. God says, "Oppression is worse than murder," (2:191, 217) yet we see that the most oppressive people against their own are the so-called Muslims. Why? The so-called Muslims have abandoned the Quran. This is why! The so-called Muslims have no understanding or appreciation for God's message that the Quran is enough, that the Quran is complete and fully detailed, (6:19, 114, 115; 18:27; 39:23; 34:44). This is why! 

[6:19] Say, “Whose testimony is the greatest?” Say, “God's. He is the witness between me and you that this Quran has been inspired to me, to preach it to you and whomever it reaches. Indeed, you bear witness that there are other gods beside God.” Say, “I do not testify as you do; there is only One god, and I disown your idolatry.”

[6:114] Shall I seek other than God as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed? Those who received the scripture recognize that it has been revealed from your Lord, truthfully. You shall not harbor any doubt.

[6:115] The word of your Lord is complete, in truth and justice. Nothing shall abrogate His words. He is the Hearer, the Omniscient.

[18:27] You shall recite what is revealed to you of your Lord's scripture.
Nothing shall abrogate His words, and you shall not find any other source beside it.

[39:23] GOD has revealed herein the best Hadith; a book that is consistent, and points out both ways (to Heaven and Hell). The skins of those who reverence their Lord cringe there-from, then their skins and their hearts soften up for God's message. Such is God's guidance; He bestows it upon whoever wills (to be guided). As for those sent astray by God, nothing can guide them.

[34:44] We did not give them any other books to study, nor did we send to them before you another warner.

The so-called Muslims have no understanding or appreciation for the message of "Laa Elaaha Ella Allah," "There is no other god beside God," (3:18; 39:2,3, 45; 72:18; 98:5). God ALONE, (Allahu Wah`dahu), is not enough for the so-called Muslims. This is why!

[3:18] God bears witness that there is no god except He, and so do the angels and those who possess knowledge. Truthfully and equitably, He is the absolute god; there is no god but He, the Almighty, Most Wise.

[39:2] We sent down to you this scripture, truthfully; You shall worship God, devoting your religion to Him alone.

[39:3] Absolutely, the religion shall be devoted to God alone. Those who set up idols beside Him say, "We idolize them only to bring us closer to God; for they are in a better position!" God will judge them regarding their disputes. God does not guide such liars, disbelievers.

[39:45] WHEN GOD ALONE IS MENTIONED, the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter shrink with aversion. But when others are mentioned beside Him, they become satisfied.

[72:18] The places of worship belong to God; do NOT call on anyone else beside God.

[98:5] All that was asked of them was to worship God, devoting the religion absolutely to Him alone, observe the contact prayers (Salat), and give the obligatory charity (Zakat). Such is the perfect religion.
 

The Quran is the Sealed Book prophesized in Isaiah 29:11, the book is tamper-proof. God says that He has revealed the Quran and He will preserve it, (15:9).

[15:9] Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder, and, absolutely, we will preserve it.

The Quran is characterized by a unique phenomenon never found in any human authored book. Every element of the Quran is mathematically composed - the suras, the verses, the words, the number of certain letters, the number of words from the same root, the number of variety of divine names, the unique spelling of certain words, the absence or deliberate alteration of certain letters within certain words, and many other elements of the Quran besides its content. There are two major facets of the Quran's mathematical system: (1) the mathematical literary composition, and (2) the mathematical structure involving the numbers of suras and verses. Because of this comprehensive mathematical coding, the slightest distortion of the Quran's text or physical arrangement is immediately exposed.

It is universally accepted in the "Muslim world" that Sura 110 is the last revelation revealed to Prophet Mohammad. Glory is to God; the revelation of this Last Sura to the Final Prophet marks the completion of his work. With the Last Letter in the Last Revelation, Almighty God the Author of the Quran, gives us the exact number of the numbered verses in the Quran. All the praises are due to Almighty God. The PROOF presented here should make any thinking person submit that the Quran cannot possibly be a human fabrication. 

There are 114 Suras (chapters) in the Quran. These Suras contain 6234 verses that are given numbers, (7 + 286 + 200 + 176 + 120 + 165 + 206 + 75 + 127 +  ....  + 4 + 7 + 3 + 6 + 3 + 5 + 4 + 5 + 6).

[110:1] When triumph comes from God, and victory.
[110:2] You will see the people embracing God's religion in throngs.
[110:3] You shall glorify and praise your Lord, and implore Him for forgiveness. He is the Redeemer.

The gematrical value of the three verses in Sura 110 are:

The Quran will provide those sincere at heart with all the ammunitions they need to fight the Devil. The Quran, the 666, is the Beast Buster! Satan is afraid of it. This is why he has given it an evil connotation in his book of "The Revelation." He has been playing all kinds of tricks in order to keep people away from it. The accursed Satan knows that when people find access into the Quran grow in strength spiritually and thus turn against him. He knows that the Quran spells DISASTER for him and his subjects. Therefore, he is fighting back. He has been fighting for his survival since the revelation of the Arabic Quran. Through his human constituencies, the Devil has been doing his best to change the Quran or distort its meanings.

[10:15] When our revelations are recited to them, those who do not expect to meet us say, “Bring a Quran other than this, or change it!” Say, “I cannot possibly change it on my own. I simply follow what is revealed to me. I fear, if I disobey my Lord, the retribution of an awesome day.”

[41:26] Those who disbelieved said, "Do not listen to this Quran and distort it, that you may win."

"This Quran" (4126), the Quran that will Bust the Beast wide open is the (666). By adding the two numbers, we obtain:

"This Quran" Was Sent Down to Prophet Mohammad.
The title of Sura 47 in the Quran is "Mohammad," and the gematrical value of the name "Mohammad" is 92.

The Quran is under God's protection (15:9) and Satan cannot do anything to change it. Therefore, to present a challenge, through his human devils he added two verses of his own at the end of Sura 9, verses 128 and 129, Page 16. Since the addition of the two false verses did not do the damage the Devil had expected, he came up with another plan to keep the people away from the Quran all together. Through his human subjects, he put together a host of satanic verses and instructions in his books of the Hadith and the Sunna to divert the people from the path of God, Page 18. Satan's tricks have worked. The vast majority of the so-called Muslims have abandoned the Quran in favor of the man-made innovations and fabrications. Consequently, they are where they are, being humiliated and defeated in all different ways. The wrath of God is upon Satan!

Who is more evil than one who fabricates lies about God, and he is being invited to (Islam) Submission?
God does not guide the evil people.

They wish to put out God's light with their mouths.
But God insists upon perfecting His light, in spite of the disbelievers.

He has sent His messenger with the guidance and the true religion, and will make it dominate all religions,
In spite of the idol worshipers.

The revelation of the Quran's mathematical miracle through God's Messenger of the Covenant, Rashad Khalifa, marks the Second Coming of the Quran. Glory is to God; the Quran, the Message-Messenger, is BACK and ALIVE! God's light through this Quran shall shine supreme over the entire planet. This is God's will, and God's will is DONE!

At the end of Sura Mohammad, Sura 47, a warning is issued to the so-called Muslims, "If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you."

[5:54] O you who believe, if you revert from your religion, then God will substitute in your place people whom He loves and who love Him. They will be kind with the believers, stern with the disbelievers, and will strive in the cause of God without fear of any blame. Such is God's blessing; He bestows it upon whomever He wills. God is Bounteous, Omniscient.

The Quran is God's Final Message to the world. It confirms and supersedes all the previous messages. It confirms the scripture and exposes the conjecture. The Quran is the Message that shall unite the sincere in the name of God, the Only Lord and Savior! This Quran is God's gift to whomever it reaches and this "whomever" includes the people of the United States of America. Glory is to God; the Quran's mathematical code was unveiled through God's messenger of the Covenant in the United States, on January 5, 1974. In accordance with God's will and in concurrence with His perfect timing, the Quran is being offered as a gift to the people of the United States. Will the Americans appreciate God's gift? Yes, they will. Glory is to God; this is a prophecy that shall come to pass. The majority of the Americans will believe in the Quran as the only true and unaltered scripture from Almighty God. The majority of the Americans will submit to the Lord of the universe and will accept "Submission" as their religion.

[6:92] This (Quran) is also a blessed scripture that we have revealed, confirming the previous scriptures, that you may warn the most important community and all those around it. Those who believe in the Hereafter will believe in this and will observe the Contact Prayers.
[6:92] Today's ''most important community'' is America, where God's message is being restored. When the Quran was revealed, Mecca was the most important community. Praise be to God, Lord of the universe!

[41:53] “We will show them (Americans) our proofs in the horizons, and within themselves, until they realize that this is the truth. Is your Lord not sufficient as a witness of all things?”

[8:8] “For He has decreed that the truth shall prevail, and the falsehood shall vanish, in spite of the evildoers.”

Message to the Jews and Christians

[5:15] O people of the scripture, our messenger has come to you to proclaim for you many things you have concealed in the scripture, and to pardon many other transgressions you have committed. A beacon has come to you from God, and a profound scripture.

[5:16] With it, God guides those who seek His approval. He guides them to the paths of peace, leads them out of darkness into the light by His leave, and guides them in a straight path.

[2:146] Those who received the scripture recognize the truth herein, as they recognize their own children. Yet, some of them conceal the truth, knowingly.

[2:147] This is the truth from your Lord; do not harbor any doubt.

[10:37] “This Quran could not possibly be authored by other than God.
It confirms all previous messages, and provides a fully detailed scripture.
It is infallible, for it comes from the Lord of the universe.”

[17:105] Truthfully, we sent it down, and with the truth it came down.
We did not send you except as a bearer of good news, as well as a Warner.

[17:106] A Quran that we have released slowly, in order for you to read it to the people over a long period, although we sent it down all at once.

[17:107] Proclaim, “Believe in it, or do not believe in it.” Those who possess knowledge from the previous scriptures, when it is recited to them, they fall down on their chins, prostrating.

[17:108] They say, “Glory be to our Lord. This fulfills our Lord's prophecy.”

[17:109] They fall down on their chins, prostrating and weeping. For it augments their reverence.

The only duty of God's messengers is to deliver His messages. Therefore, Almighty God does not terminate the life of His messengers before their works are completed. Since the miracle of the Quran is in mathematics, Almighty God has provided the believers with solid mathematical proofs concerning the completion of the work of His Messenger of the Covenant. Dr. Rashad Khalifa, was commissioned by the Almighty to purify the Quran, 42:24, and to explain it, 5:19. Like the revelation of the Arabic Quran (23 years), the process had to be gradual. Dr. Khalifa went through the translation and the review of the Quran three times. In the third time, however, after the completion of his review of Sura 49, his life on earth was terminated. God’s Messenger was martyred on the 31^st day of January 1990.

The awesome miracles concerning the completion of the work done through the Messenger of the Covenant should provide the sincere with the gift of certainty. These miracles demonstrate the fact that “God is doing everything,” 8:17. They prove that our Creator has already witnessed every little detail of our lives and have them recorded, 57:22.

[57:22] Anything that happens on earth, or to you, has already been recorded, even before the creation. This is easy for God to do.

1. Messenger of the Covenant in his 1^st translation finished the 114 suras. In his 2^nd translation, he again finished the 114 suras. GOD IS GLORIFIED!

21. The frequency of the occurrence of the word “God” in the 4628 verses is 2404. If we place the two numbers side by side, we get:

4628,2404 = 19 x 2435916
There is no other god beside God!

The word “God” is the most important part of the awesome miracles in the Quran. Almighty God has blessed us with irrefutable mathematical proofs with HIS NAME that the end of Sura 49, in the third revision, marks the completion of the work done through His Messenger of the Covenant. There are 85 suras in the Quran in which the word “God” occurs. The 29 suras in which the word “God” does not occur are 54, 55, 56, 68, 75,77, 78, 80, 83, 86, 89, 90, 92, 93, 94, 97, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 111, 113, and 114.
