Glory be to God, this marvelous work and a wonder is the Quran's 19 based mathematical miracle. An awesome miracle which is perpetual. It can be witnessed by anyone, at any time, in any place. It was God's will that the Quran be decoded in the United States by Rashad Khalifa, the messenger of covenant. The future implication of this miracle shall prove to be mind boggling.

In accordance with God's will, on January 28, 1998, I sent the following proclamation to some people of stature and organizations with substance:

[3:64]  Say, "O followers of the scripture, let us come to a logical agreement between us and you: that we shall not worship except God; that we never set up any idols beside Him, nor set up any human beings as lords beside God." If they turn away, say, "Bear witness that we are submitters."

All the praises are due to the only Lord and Savior, the Creator of all things. Glory be to God, Lord of the universe.

It is God's will that in our time, when the year 1998 coincides with the year 1418 in the Islamic calendar, the identity of the 666 be unveiled before the whole world. It is His will to undo Satan's conspiracy to denote the 666 as evil. Please note that the 666 is mentioned in the Bible four times. Three times, it is inspired by God, [First King 10:14, Second Chronicle 9:13, and Ezra 2:13, (666 + 666 + 666 = 1998)], and once by Satan [The Revelation 13:18.]

Our Creator has provided us with easily verifiable and yet utterly irrefutable mathematical proofs confirming that the Quran is, without a doubt, the highly publicized 666 that has frightened the corrupted Church of Trinity.

This is God's will and God's will shall be done: Satan's scheme reflected in his book of "The Revelation" to give the 666 a bad connotation shall backfire. The 19 based mathematical miracle of the Quran shall prove to the whole world that "The Book (666) is, without a doubt, a revelation from the Lord of the universe." The Arabic Quran (the only unaltered scripture) in conjunction with its Authorized Translation shall find its place in every household. The sincere souls shall receive the Message. Great multitudes shall embrace "Submission," the only religion approved by God. In the light of the Quran, the masses shall grow in awareness. They shall know that they have been deceived by their religious leaders. The corrupted religionists shall be denied money and power. They shall, God willing, phase out. 8:8 "For He has decreed that the truth shall prevail, and the falsehood shall vanish, in spite of the evildoers."

The proclamation made in this letter is in accordance with God's will, and it is in concurrence with His perfect timing. The authenticity of this announcement can be proven mathematically, mathematics which is far beyond human capability. It was my duty to make the announcement. I am the witness mentioned in the Quran in 11:17.

The enclosed information is just the tip of the iceberg. What you do with it, is between you and your Creator. Praise be to God, Lord of the universe.

Since the proclamation of January 1998 concerning the identity of the 666, I have received the following responses: DateLine NBC acknowledged the receipt of the information packet. Opra took the cover letter and returned the rest of the information. Mrs. Al Gore, graciously, sent a thank you note for the copy of the Quran they received. 20/20 sent a note saying that they do not have time for my "story" at this time. Creative Artists Agency is associated with the Warner Brothers Studios. Through them I thought I could send the information to Mr. Robert Zemeckis. They added a letter of their own to the information packet and returned the whole thing. At the end of their letter, they wrote: "Your unsolicited submission has not been, and will not be disclosed to any executive or other employee of Creative Artists Agency or any other person. You should be aware that many ideas are generated by our employees and our clients or other sources. To the extent that any projects are generated which contain elements similar to what you submitted, the similarities are purely coincidental."

Glory is to God, the future shall prove that the similarities are not coincidental, but they are divine. The people involved in the creation of the movie "CONTACT," at this stage, may not even care about the production, much less the mathematical details of it. However, since the production of the movie is a part of God's plan to introduce the Quran, His Mathematically Coded Message, the similarities will not go unnoticed forever. The first whole number shown in the movie is 1221.   1221 is the gematrical value the Quranic statement that says, "Over it is nineteen."

My name is Keikhosrow Emami.  I testify that there is no other god beside God. I worship God Alone and do not associate any partner with Him. I worship God with all my heart, with all my soul, with all my mind, and with all my strength. I uphold God's Message, the Quran, the whole Quran, and nothing but the Quran.

On the night of September 12th, 1999, it was about 10 o'clock, I was sitting behind the computer and working on Sura 99, "The Quake," when I lost my concentration with the work I was doing. I stopped and turned my face away from the computer. This came to my mind: "On December 21, 1999, California shall be devastated by The Quake."

In the Quran, in 12:21, we learn that God taught Joseph the interpretation of dreams. All the praises are due to Almighty God. It was in accordance with His will that, in 1994, I discover 1221, the gematrical value of the verse in the Quran that says, "Over it is nineteen." There is a parallel in here. As God taught Joseph the interpretation of dreams, He teaches me the Quran and its mathematical miracle. It is God's command that we must not believe in any information unless we verify them for ourselves (17:36). Thus, when I was inspired with "The News," I looked for mathematical verification. The three numbers in front of me were: 1221, December 21st, that also points at God's mathematical signature.  1999 represents the year of "The Quake," and 998 represents Sura 99, "The Quake," that has 8 verses. The first thing I did was to add the three numbers:

This, once more, shows the important connection between this  8  and  114. The Quake with 8 points on the Richter scale shall prove to the Americans and the rest of the world that this Quran with all its 114 suras is from God, the Creator of all things. Lastly, it is God's will that I, Keikhosrow Emami, be the person to warn you about this Quake and ask you to prepare for it. The total gematrical value of my name is 988.

At the early hours of September 19, 1999, my mind was focused with number 7. The date was 9.19.1999. I saw 5(9)s and 2 (1)s in the date, (5+2=7).
This day was the 7th day since the date I was inspired with the News about "The Quake," (19 - 12 = 7).
Bahattin had sent me this proof about the messenger in 15:11. "Every time a messenger went to them, they ridiculed him." This verse is the 1811th verse (without Basmallah) from the beginning of the Quran, the 666. The name of the person in this verse is mathematically coded as "Keikhosrow Emami," 896,92. The 19 based mathematical miracle of the Quran was a hidden secret that was revealed through God's Messenger of the Covenant. Was the "Code 19" the only secret in the Quran? No, that was only the first secret. Only God knows how many secrets are hidden in the Quran.

End of the World Revealed
The people ask you about the Hour (End of the World). Say,
"The knowledge thereof is only with God.
For all that you know, the Hour may be close."

God is the only One who has the knowledge about the Day and the Hour in which the world will end. In accordance with His will, however, He has allowed us to know the Year of the End of the world, "The Year 2280 AD." This information was the second secret that was revealed through Rashad Khalifa, the Messenger of the Covenant.
There are 29 suras in the Quran that are prefixed with the Quranic initials. These initials are comprised of 14 different sets of initials that are made of 14 different Arabic letters. These initials were the key in discovering the End of the world. The sum of the 29 sura numbers that are prefixed with the Quranic initials is 822. If we add this number to the above sura number, 33, we get 855 or 19 x 45. Now, let us see the connection between 33:63 and 74:1 that says, "O you hidden secret."  By adding the sura and verse numbers, we get:

There are 19 suras in the Quran in which we have verse Ninety Nine. This places 1999, the year of "The Quake," right before our eyes. The sum of these nineteen sura numbers is 262. The total number of verses in these suras is 2845.  Glory be to God, over this deliberate arrangement is the signature of the Almighty. "Over it is nineteen." the gematrical value of this Quranic statement in Arabic is (1221).

In this Quran, the 666, Sura 37 is the last sura  in which verse 99 occurs. Glory be to God, this is the design of the Almighty. It connects perfectly with "The Quake," "Al-Zalzalah." The gematrical value of this Arabic word is 110.

In the above table, Sura 15 holds a very special position. This sura is one of the five suras in the Quran that are prefixed with the initials: Alef Laam Ra. Glory be to God, the total frequency of occurrence of the three initials in this sura is 912.
 

The gematrical value of 37:99, the 3885th verse (without Basmallah) from the beginning of the Quran, "The 666," is 1298. Let us add the above five numbers:

.An Unfulfilled Prophecy

God's Infinite Mercy
Proclaim: "O My servants who exceeded the limits,
never despair of God's mercy.
For God forgives all sins.
He is the Forgiver, Most Merciful."

First and foremost, I repent to Almighty God and ask for His forgiveness for I have exceeded the limits. I pushed to secure a specific time for "The Quake" to occur. While I should have known better that the Day and the Hour belongs to God. The knowledge therewith is with God, not even the angles in heaven know what God does in the future. I repent to the Almighty most willingly and from the depth of my soul I seek His forgiveness. I do this everyday for I am a sinner! I repent to the Almighty for all the wrong things I have done in this life. I repent to God for all the wrong things I have done in the past, including those I committed before the earth's creation.

[22:52]  "We did not send before you any messenger, nor a prophet, without having the devil to interfere in his wishes. God then nullifies what the devil has done. God perfects His revelations. God is Omniscient, Most Wise."

Praise be to God, Lord of the universe!

As for those who were inconvenienced by my announcement, friends and foes, I extend my apologies to you. I sincerely believed that "The Quake" was going to occur on December 21, 1999. If you choose to forgive me, I appreciate that. If not, it really doesn't matter. I do not seek mercy from you. I seek mercy from God and He says, "Never despair."  This is not a political campaign, I do not seek your votes. I do not ask you for any money either. I ask those sincere at heart, however, to study the Quran very carefully. Ask Almighty God for guidance. You will be, God willing, guided to the truth.

In August 1996, Universal Unity No. 26, I made the announcement that I am the witness mentioned in 11:17 in the Quran. I pointed out that my main duty is to unveil the identity of the Quran as "The 666." 11:17 in the Quran reads as follows:

"As for those who are given solid proof from their Lord, reported by a witness from Him, and before it, the book of Moses has set a precedent and a mercy, they will surely believe. As for those who disbelieve among the various groups, Hell is awaiting them. Do not harbor any doubt; this is the truth from your Lord, but most people disbelieve."

Thirty seven months later, on September 12, 1999, (912), I said that by divine inspiration, I was informed about "The Quake," in California. Now, this does not require any calculations. Understanding this and witnessing it, requires a lot of sincerity and a little patience. Let us see if there is any connection between 1117 and 912 in the Quran, the book that was revealed 1433 years ago (lunar). The frequency of occurrence of the word "GOD," from the beginning of the Quran to 9:12 is 1117.  Could this be a coincidence? This can be verified by anybody in any copies of the Quran available. This is the way I understand it. "GOD" says that there is a definite connection between 912 and 1117.

On September 12, (912), 1999, by divine inspiration, I was informed about "The Quake," in California. The title of Sura 99 in the Quran is "The Quake."  There is only one sura in the Quran that has 99 verses. This sura is Sura 15. Adding the sura number and the number of the verses, we get 114 which is the number of the suras in the Quran. Sura 15 is prefixed with three Quranic initials: Alef (A), Lam (L), and Ra (R). Is this a coincidence that the total frequency of these three Arabic letter in this sura should be 912 ? This is the way I understand it. The Quran says that there is a definite connection between 99 and 912.

From September 12, 1999, when by divine inspiration I was informed about "The Quake," to the end of the year, there are 110 days. Is this a coincidence that the gematrical value of the Arabic word "Al-Zalzalah" meaning "The Quake" should be 110? In August 1996, I announced that I am the witness mentioned in the Quran in 11:17, and my duty is to proclaim that the Quran is the 666. From the above date to september 12, 1999, when I was informed about "The Quake," it took 37 months. The title of Sura 99 in the Quran is "The Quake." Is this a coincidence that the last verse number 99 in the Quran should occur in Sura 37?

Glory be to God, this is the way I understand it. God is doing everything. What happened on September 12, 1999, was in accordance with God's perfect timing.

[74:1] "O you hidden secret."  This verse holds a very unique position in the Quran. From 74:1, inclusive, to the end of the Quran, there are precisely 741 verses, 19 x 39. The gematrical value of this verse is 802. The nineteen based mathematical miracle of the Quran, a hidden secret, was revealed through God's messenger of the covenant. The gematrical value of the name of this messenger, Rashad Khalifa, is 1230. It is my duty to proclaim that the Quran that contains the mathematical miracle is the 666. If we add the above three numbers, we get:

As for those who say these mathematical proofs are from Satan, their judgment rests with God.

The opposition will argue that this fellow in his prediction said that 1221 was a date, December 21st. Now, that his prediction did not come true, he says that the "number" points at God's mathematical signature. I am not doing this to excuse myself. I did not  understand it right the first time. I made a mistake. I am just as flawed as the rest of us. I repent to God and ask for His forgiveness for I have exceeded the limits. As for those who discard the whole thing because of my shortcomings, they will be exceeding the limits also, they will be making a huge mistake as well.
 

Some people, good people, may say, "All is well, but why the Quake did not occur like you said it would?"

This is a very legitimate question and I pray to the Almighty that He helps me to give the correct answer for it.

IT WAS A HUGE LESSON TO BE LEARNT.. The Day and the Hour belongs to God. The knowledge therewith is with God alone. Not even the angles in heaven know the Day and the Hour of the future events. The Quran tells us in 20:15:

The Hour (end of the world) is surely coming; I will keep it almost hidden. For each soul must be paid for its works.

The "End Of The World," the year 2280 AD coinciding with 1710 AH, was revealed to God's messenger of the covenant. The last Day and the last Hour, however, is known only to God. In this case, God Almighty has given me the information about "The Quake" which will occur in California, but He is the only One who knows it's time. He is the only One who knows the Day and the Hour it will occur.

IT IS A BIG TEST FOR THE BELIEVERS. Those who are established with the Quran and appreciate its awesome mathematical miracle, they do not weaver. They know that there must be a divine purpose behind all these. They take the set-back, yet they become even stronger believers. As for the weak believers, they wash away like the foam on the top of the water. They lose what they never had.

GOD IS EXPOSING THE HYPOCRITES, THE IDOL WORSHIPERS, AND THE DISBELIEVES.
Violence and Belligerence are Signs of Disbelief --

[22:72] When our revelations are recited to them, clearly, you recognize wickedness on the faces of those who disbelieve. They almost attack those who recite our revelations to them. Say, `Shall I inform you of something much worse? Hell is promised by GOD for those who disbelieve; what a miserable destiny."

After December twenty first, thus far, the most vicious attacks, name callings, and accusations have been extended to me and Bahattin Uzunkaya by those who call themselves, "The Submitters." Why do these people have turned so ugly? It is because God wants to expose them. These people claim that they understood the message of the Quran and believed in the mathematical miracle. So what is wrong with them? How could they say that the proofs such as presented in this section are from Satan? Don't they fear God? Don't they believe that one day they shall face their Creator and they must answer for what they do? These people claim that they uphold the Quran alone and worship God alone. These are false claims. Yes, they received the messenger of the covenant, but No, they did not get the message, 25:30.

GOD WILL NOT GUIDE THOSE WHO ARE NOT WORTHY OF HIS GUIDANCE. If what I had said had taken place on December 21, 1999, many would have believed. God knows who deserves the guidance. He does not make it too easy. Only those who are truly sincere at heart shall receive God's guidance. When "The Quake" does occur, many from among those who chose to disbelieve will say, "It didn't happen when you said it would."

IT WAS GOD'S WILL TO SHOW THAT HIS MESSENGERS ARE ORDINARY PEOPLE. THEY ARE FALLIBLE LIKE THE REST. If what I had said had taken place, down to the letters, many would have thought that I perhaps was slightly super human. Now, they know better. When "The Quake" does occur, God willing, those who are to believe will believe that I was truthful. They will believe that I really did get a message from God on September 12, 1999, and I delivered it the way I was to deliver it.

[10:53] They challenge you to prophesy: "Is this really what will happen?" Say, "Yes indeed, by my Lord, this is the truth, and you can never escape."

Is "The Quake" going to occur? Yes indeed, by my Lord, it will.
When will it happen? Soon enough, God willing. God knows the Day and the Hour.

Do the people think that every time a messenger made a prophesy, that prophecy came to pass right away? Do the people think that when Noah finished building his water craft, gathered the people who believed with him, and a pair of his domesticated animals, the flood came right away? Evidently, not. The Quran says that only a few did believe with him, 11:40. Obviously most of his people knew what Noah was saying and what Noah was doing. They kept on laughing at him whenever they saw him working on the Ark, 11:38. Now, if the flood had come right after he had finished his project, many would have believed that there were some validity in what Noah had been saying all along. They would have jumped on the Ark with him. But this did not happen. Therefore, it is reasonable to believe that the process was not drastic, even though, the flood was.

Throughout the Quran, we have examples of other messengers who warned their peoples about imminent retributions. Without any exception, the peoples who suffered the retributions did not heed the warnings. People tend to connect with the things they can see. Evidently, the things they saw was not obvious enough that could help them make the right decision. The retribution came to them suddenly, when they least expected it. In every case, only a few who believed the message, heeded the warnings, and thus they were saved.

Let's bring it home. This should be appreciated and understood by those who call themselves "Submitters." Those who have no doubt that Rashad Khalifa was indeed God's messenger of the covenant. Dr. Khalifa was assassinated on January 31, 1990.
In the last copy of the "SUBMITTERS PERSPECTIVE," edited by him, copy No. 63, he made a prophecy. This prophecy was made about 10 years ago. Among other things, he prophesied that the smoke shall rise in the Middle East, 44:10. Dr. Khalifa pointed out that he did not know when, but he had strong feeling that the prophecy was to be fulfilled before the end of 1990. This prophecy was not fulfilled in 1990. On January 22, 1991, however, more than six hundred oil wells were sabotaged by Saddam's forces. A hell was ignited and a profound smoke rose. January 22, 1999 corresponded with Rajab 7, 1411, in the Islamic calendar.

All the praises are due to Almighty God. The messenger of the covenant was not too far off.

It is ironic, however, the companions of the messenger who call themselves "Submitters" and welcome people to their "Submission" do not believe in this. They believe that the prophecy made by Dr. Khalifa about 10 years ago has not yet been fulfilled. They are waiting for a massive asteroid to hit somewhere in the Middle East.
